    I purchased some magnets for Christmas. When I received the package, there was an incorrect magnet that I didn't order in my package. I contacted customer support and they were amazing about it. They resent me another magnet for free. Thank you for your support

    Paw Prints calendars are not a scam , its a beautiful calendar with one of the months being your pet My dog is in a calendar and I purchased multiple for family Christmas gifts Im not concerned if the contest is fake or not because they really do donate to support needy animals

    I ordered a calendar for my daughter as her cat **** was selected for this year's calendar. I ordered it on December 10th and today is December 29th and not a single update on it being shipped yet. Initial email stated between December 24th - 27th for delivery. I have reached out to them through the website and have not heard a peep back from them. Very frustrated and feeling buyers remorse on this.

    Im disappointed. They pretend to have a contest, where your furry friend can make their calendar. Sure enough, you win! Your pet was selected! Too bad they send that out to everyone. But you can save 30% for buying the calendar that doesnt appear in the normal shop. There are tons of reddit posts about this companies shady practices. I am disgusted.

However, it's important to note that not every submitted photo of a dog or cat will be included. Due to our commitment to maintaining high print standards, we must unfortunately reject a significant number of images that do not meet these criteria. We believe in delivering only the highest quality products.When we do receive images that align with our standards, we strive to feature those beloved pets in our calendars whenever possible. As a business dedicated to raising funds for shelter animals, it is in our best interest to create multiple calendars to support our mission. You can read all about our 2024 contributions from sales on our website here.If our previous communications gave the impression that we only release a single calendar as part of the contest, I sincerely apologize.     I paid $90 for 4 calendars, I received an order only containing 1 calendar. I have been running circles with them for nearly 2 months trying to get the other 3 calendars, all they keep doing is sending AI generated responses telling me the same things 1) my package was delivered. 2) they will escalate 3) back to my package was delivered. Its infuriating. If I for a moment actually felt seen or heard I would have just donated the money and walked away, but when I realized Im talking to AI, I dont even think my money went to nonprofit organizations for animals. Im furious.

    SCAM!They don't really have a yearly calendar. They have a template they add your animal to and make you think they won.Also not much info on how they really donate their money. Not an honest company at all!

    Scam. They make it seem like your pet won some contest to be featured in a calendar but they tell others the same. Its a calendar print scam to get you to buy and they gave you a discount. Dont fall for this.

    This is a scam, they insert your cats pick for you, you buy it thinking your cat won but the next customer will get the same calendar after they remove your cats picture and replace it with their cats picture.
