My first visit after hearing great reviews but during my cleaning , the dental hygienist was extremely aggressive and ******* the flossing, I notified I had a composite bonding and to be careful but my gums were sore and after I left, I immediately noticed my composite bonding was chipped. I reached out and was told it was nothing they could do, not even an apology. I paid $500 for composite bonding and would like a resolution.Mint Dentistry

They are not mindful of someone's time. They don't respect appointment times and so unprofessional. This was my second worst experience with the ******, GA office. I will not allow it to happen a 3rd time.Mint Dentistry

Terrible service. Staff was arguing amongst themselves but I could hear them . Dentist changed my treatment plan without telling me. I asked was she going to finish and the assistant said no shes done she changed your treatment plan. Stuck a needle in my mouth and I didnt consent to it. Mouth is still numb 5 hours later.Mint Dentistry

My husband went on May 7th to this location as a suggestion of mine for routine extraction. He had minimal pain when he went and when he left he had EXTREME pain and had to return to the location. That was just the beginning of our NIGHTMARE with this office. It costs him $386.00 for service but as it turns out these people took DOUBLE payments out of our account. This has sent us in to a tremendous financial blowback. We have been fighting with them EVERY single day since this happened on 05/07 and to this **** day we have NOT received our REFUND!!!!!! We have called corporate, emailed CEO, MGR and Director and still have not received our money back! PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH MINT DENISTRY!!. They keep passing the **** and saying a different office handles it and then they say they can't refund over $200.00. IT WAS THEIR **** MACHINE AND THEIR ERROR THAT TOOK OUR $$$$. I have apologized to my husband over 100 times saying all of this is my fault. Listening to DR. ******** on 94.5 radio station made me think this place was legit and customer service was their thing. BUT that is so far from the truth. Take my advice find another reputable dentist that is no STEALING customers hard earned money. This has cost up over ****** in late fees on the bills we COULD NOT pay. They refused to refund it back to our card, cut a check or anything to satisfy the customer.... EVERYONE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FRADULENT COMPANY!!!! POSTING THIS ON YELP, ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES AND REPORTING THEM TO CHANNEL 8 NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!Mint Dentistry

Mint dental lies. I already spent hours talking to the front office staff, and the dental director and they still demanded more money from me than what was first agreed to. They know the bbb is looking into this and it will be posted online, so mint dental is just saying that they will review it further now, but its a lie. They already reviewed it and said they would take me to collections if I didnt pay the exorbitant false charges.This is a dental office that makes more money by threatening patients after service with false extra charges.I want my $675 dollars returned to ***** NOT GO TO MINT DENTAL.There are much better and legal and fair dentists in ********** DENTAL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN *********.Review fromChristina S

The dentist quoted ***** worth of work for myself and my two sons. We had been there 6 months before for our cleaning and did have some cavities that needed to be filled. Then, at the next visit the dentist said my sons needed several caps, and possible root canals. I was totally confused as to how their teeth had gone so horribly wrong in 6 months. We went for a second opinion and they said we didnt need any caps or root canals. We also found out the two I need were done my Mint at our last appointment and that meant they werent covered by insurance at all. Did mint tell me that? No! The second opinion dentist told us the work we needed would be around 900. This is vastly different from what Mint told me. Do no to go Mint, unless you want to pay for unnecessary work.Mint Dentistry

During my last visit, the orthodontist misrepresented my concerns to the office manager, unfairly portraying me as a disrespectful black man rather than addressing my legitimate questions about my treatment. It seems that unless a patient is overly enthusiastic about their service, their concerns are dismissed.When I questioned why gaps in my teeth were not initially addressed in my treatment plan, the orthodontist deflected responsibility instead of providing a clear answer. Instead of acknowledging an oversight, I was met with dismissive explanations:I have never no-showed an appointment, except once due to an ER visit. That only accounts for ****** have always notified the office if I needed to reschedule.Despite spending thousands of dollars, I still have noticeable gaps in my front teeth that were never properly addressed.I was charged an additional $1,500 for treatment that should have been completed under my original plan I've had at least five different orthodontists here. One was so loud and condescending that I had to request she be removed from my case. The new orthodontist never introduced herself and dismissed my concerns, responding with, So are we doing this or what? That level of disregard for a paying patient is unacceptable.When I asked to escalate my concerns to the owner, the front desk staff was dismissive and refused to facilitate proper resolution. Instead, I was told, The manager is busy, but I can give you his number.Does **** Orthodontics have a formal process for handling customer complaints? I previously complained about another orthodontist, yet no one from management contacted me.Why am I being charged more for unfinished treatment with no clear explanation?I have raised concerns about two orthodontists, yet corporate has not reached out. That is not professionalism.I expect transparency, accountability, and a response from someone at Mint Orthodontics who is willing to address these issues properly.Mint Dentistry

No. Terrible experience. After asking questions about the services and what's included in the plan, I decided to move forward based on the information provided by the *** who scheduled the appointment as well as the staff in the office. I mentioned the advertisement of a whitening kit provided on the visit and was told it would be provided by staff. After the dentist spent 5 minutes in the room with me...I asked again about the whitening kit and was told that it wasn't that strong and would only lighten teeth a couple shades but not the filling in front. I didn't mind that because I was only concerned about a little whitening to help with coffee stains.After the front desk secretary went over the thousands of dollars I would have to pay to finish treatment...I told her I will make appointments at a later time when I was p***ared to pay for the first treatment. I asked for the whitening kit and it was not provided.This is the kind of office that is money hungry and will lie and say anything to get you in the seat.Just be mindful, in my opinion, the money is more important than them caring for your teeth.I asked for a refund due to the false advertisement and deception of three dentist....I was then directed to speak with patient feedback team, who seems to be one person named. ******. ****** provided partial info, not prompt to call backs, was misleading, and rude. The customer ********** terrible and has caused me a considerable amount of stress. I want my $150 refund for this dental membership and ****** gave me the impression that I would get it. Instead, they mailed me a check for $50 and mailed me another person's refund check. The terrible customer service and incompetence, along with the false advertisement is *************'s no wonder they have lawsuits and many complaints surrounding this same issue.Mint Dentistry

We apologize that you were not able to receive your whitening kit.Teeth whitening is generally not recommended if you have pending dental treatment because the bleaching agents can interact negatively with dental materials or create sensitivity issues.We did find that you requested a refund for the dental membership; however, since you received an exam and X-rays, you were only held responsible for the services rendered.Your comments will be sent to upper management for review. I had an initial cleaning appointment. It was the worst cleaning I've ever had. She was finished in about 15 minutes. No Fluoride treatment at the end. The clinic was loud and not very professional. It was not a good first impression. Will not be returning!Mint Dentistry
