1 star* will no longer be shopping with this store. Terrible service. They do not care about their customers. I am diligently awaiting and have requested the refund on 2 items that I returned the same day I purchased as they were too small. In addition, they issues with there inventory. They advertise something, you purchase it and they take your money. Then they cancel the order bc they ran out of inventory.Review fromDo G

I've tried twice to get the $1,250 gift card if you spend $10k and both times my order was cancelled the day after the promotion was over. **************** was useless and said they didn't know why, maybe it had to do with the spelling of my address. Really! Come on, I am a shopper and this never happens. I just think it's suspect that everything is ok until the promotion date end and then I get denied. **Neiman Marcus Company

Dear Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with Neiman Marcus. I purchased **** ******** on 06/09/2025 from **************************, Unfortunately, the product/service has not met my expectations for the following reasons:1. Issue 1: I was diagnosed with severe anxiety in August 2022 which is triggered in stressful situations, which I would like to expressed how this company has caused me emotional distress, triggered a panic attacks, and harmful ideations in the moment of my interaction with this company. I ordered a shoes with the expectation that the order was going to be delivered on 06/10 with overnight delivery. On 06/10, I spoke with several customer representatives, who advised me that Neiman Marcus was going to be deliver on their promise not limited to speaking to supervisors whom had advised me of the same false information. 2. Issue 2: On 6/10/2025 at approximately 4:54pm, I spoke with supervisor ***** in the customer service, department who advised me that my item was not going to be delivered, I expressed to ***** that the shoes were amongst the important part of my day as I have spend a large amount of monetary to celebrate my birthday, she continued to advised me that shoes are not that important and that a refund can me issued when the item is received and sent back to the warehouse which resulted in her disconnecting the line after multiple attempts to try to get her to understand that this was a big day for me and I would need to obtain a credit to purchase a replacement. In addition, ***** was insensitive, inconsiderate, and humiliating which I have come to believe that Neiman Marcus lack moral character values and does not respect their customer loyalty and emotions.Neiman Marcus Company

This review concerns Bergdorf Goodman (hereinafter **).I purchased an expensive ($2000) handbag in the store on April 25. Because the bag could not be found in the store, it was to be shipped to me in ***************, where I reside. I received a package on or about April 28, but it contained the wrong handbag. I had purchased a Loewe straw bag and was sent a Loewe black leather bag. ** has an inconvenient return process for in-store purchases which requires that one make numerous phone calls, but when, finally, I reached the correct department I received a *** Ex return label the following day. A picture of the bag I had ordered was in the package I had received with the wrong handbag, and I returned it along with the bag. I asked for a refund because I was told ** did not actually have the bag I had ordered in stock. So, because I had purchased the bag specifically for a trip that was to begin on May 13, I ordered (and received) the bag I wanted from Neiman Marcus in early May.I returned from the trip on May 28 and found I had not been credited for **s error. I have been trying to find out why for an entire week. No one can help mebecause unlike every other large retail store with which I am familiar (including Neiman Marcus!) you must call the ** store. There is no specific phone number and no customer service available for return problems. When I finally reached a human being, he saidtwo days agohe would have to call the returns department. I have not heard back from him or anyone ******* has been six weeks since I gave ** $2000.00 for a handbag they have not delivered. Despite my immediate return of the wrong bag I was sent, my AMEX card has not been credited nor has anyone had the courtesy to call me about it. This has gone beyond very bad business and is beginning to look like fraud. Please be careful about ordering anything from ** while shopping IN THE STORE. I have been shopping with Neiman Marcus for years but lately I don't know what's going on & really am frustrated as a loyal customer because they aren't correcting their issues, holding their csr's accountable or standing on good business for their customers anymore. The last few orders I have placed has had an issue. They are putting incorrect information in the system so the order is canceling, orders coming late, not honoring their gift cards, discounts or promotions, they are forgetting things off the order before shipping & the latest is what really ****** me off. I placed an order 5/31/25 for my son 4th birthday before we left for out of town ****** the date changed multiple times from 6/2/25 initially to 6/3-6/5/25 which I could work with but now it's saying it won't be here til 6/10/25 because they shipped it wrong but yet the shirt came 6-4-25 & they were ordered together but it was shipped after the shorts. I told them I will be out of town til 6/15/25 so I won't be home to receive it on the 10th & I don't want it to be stolen so could they just do overnight shipping I was told not w/o another ************* would give me a 10% discount which was only $7 off $77 (actually amount) + tax & shipping still but yet still couldn't guarantee it'll be here in time, I asked could they get in contact with the carrier to try fixing it they said they couldn't cause it's out of their hands once it's shipped, asked for a cancellation or refund they say they can't even do that w/o the item in their hand because they did their part when it shipped, even though this was their mistake . I was still trying to give them a chance even when people were talking negatively but they basically taking money now, making mistakes on their part but aren't trying to correct it without customers paying more ************ not caring about the customers. Per tracking FXPOS #************, the approximate delivery date is June 7, 2025, to the post office. The post office will deliver the item to the customer. It usually takes 7 days after shipment for merchandise to be delivered via this method.
As a precautionary measure, the preferred method of shipment for our customer has been manually changed to reflect FedXH for any future orders.
To further express our apology, a $100 Neiman Marcus gift card has been sent to the customer via the email on the customers order. It may take ***** hours for the customer to receive the gift card.

My daughter had a terrible experience with Bergdorf product (Cucinelli shoes) purchased online and shipped to her apartment. The shoes were sent in a few different sizes. My daughter did not like the shoes and returned them. Bergdorf sent the shoes back and said they had been worn and refused to refund two pairs. They had NOT been worn. Ordered a mirror 5/2; emails says it shipped 5/5; Neiman Marcus has no contact or info with the shippers they use. Received a text from ****** Final Mile in another city on 5/22 saying it was being delivered on 5/24. On 5/24, ****** says their trucks are broken down. ******** website is "under construction." ****** will not respond to reply texts. Still no info from Neiman or ****** on 5/29. I think someone at defunct ********************************' now owns my mirror. Neiman has no info and ****** has no way to contact them. You can do better Neiman Marcus. This was a very expensive floor mirror and your customer service is a complete failure.Neiman Marcus Company

My mom bought me a MCM purse that was over $700. The purse was set to deliver to my apt on may 17th 2025. Unfortunately when my mom received the notification that my gift was delivered, I expressed to my mom that ***** never ring my doorbell and i was sitting at home and waiting for the arrival all day! I immediately went downstairs to go get my birthday gift. MY BOX IS GONEEEE!!!! I called my mom and told her the box is missing, i explained to her again that ***** never rung my doorbell!!!! I was literally waiting!!! ******* mom called over to neiman marcus told them about the situation. They opened up a claim. 5-7 business days went back and my claim was denied all because the ***** showed it was delivered and the picture showed it was downstairs. Im extremely hurt because this because now my mom is out of money and Im out of a purse which was a birthday gift to me! My birthday was ruined! This was the only gift i was waiting on!!! ******* mom talked to multiple managers basically they all told us that we are out of luck! I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating I had to share. I ordered what was supposed to be a brand new pair of sneakers, but what I received looked like theyd already been worn for a week.The soles were scuffed, there was visible dirt on the sides, and even the laces looked frayed. There was no tissue paper or packaging to suggest these were new it honestly felt like someone just threw their used pair in a box and shipped them out.Very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer, purchasing multiple times from this website, and have always been satisfied with both product quality and delivery service. However, my recent order of the ****** Smoking Hot Refill was truly disappointing.Upon opening the package, I discovered that the perfume bottle was completely shattered, with no fragrance left inside. The shipping box showed visible signs of dents and damage, indicating that the packaging was carelessly done and lacked proper protection for such a fragile and high-value item.What made the situation worse is that I was required to submit a complaint and wait up to five days for the issue to be reviewed, despite it clearly not being my fault.
