      These flags are obviously not made in the ***. I ordered almost two weeks ago. The flag has still not shipped. There was a shipping label made in ******, ** and it has never been attached to a package. This is an indication that the label was made while awaiting a ship to arrive from *****. Flaagwix does not respond to inquiries regarding the order. Do not be fooled by the claims their products are made in the ***. I will never order from them again.

      I ordered a Christmas flag on December 5. Its been sitting in ********** since December 9. I have no hope of flying it for Christmas. They will not refund me my money or track it down.

      I give one star reluctantly as they are not untitled to one. They claim the product is made of canvas when it doesn't even resemble anything that's looks like canvas. It resembles a house flag that is made of nylon or some other flimsy material. It sags when it is wet and is subject to tearing in windy conditions which is why I ordered canvas. I have had no luck resolving this issue since they insist it's canvas. I have camped in canvas tents and slept in canvas cots many times in my life and I know canvas from nylon. I want them to stop describing this product as canvas so other people will know what they are getting. Trying to call the number is futile because no one answers the phone.***************************

      Impossible to reach at telephone # listed. Im certain they will not deliver flag ordered and I have been scammed.

      We do not care for the flags. They said they would not refund our money. I explained my husband orders things we dont often need due to two strokes. They sent a message back saying since the flag was not taken out of the packaging they would not return our money. This goes against their return policy, but the flags have not been used, but the way their policy is written its up to them if they want to refund your money.

      After 11 days they decided to mail the flag. I queried as to the long delay in shipping but they could not answer. Wish I had run a customer review before buying. I'll never do it again.

      I ordered 2 flags from flag wiz. T ** he money was sent to ouy media. ** he email sent to me said I would get a tracking number in **** days. It's been a month and still never received anything. I've ask for my $111.00 back and still nothing. I think it's a scam! Don't order from this company!

      ********************** here! This company is a scam. They are giving me the run around instead of just sending me another order. They don't provide you with any tracking information until order is supposedly delivered. I have never received my package, ***** is very rude.These people don't value there customers at All! Worst experience event. I just want my 43.00$ back. I would not recommend to a friend!
