      My husband ordered my Christmas present through flagwix according to their tracking system it has been sitting at a post office in ******** since December 1st. They have no phone to contact them. When you email them they say wait it is on its way. Today I called my friend who is a post master a ticket for the product was made but the item never made it into the postal system. Buyer beware with this company. The postal service never received the package but somehow they manage to manipulate their system to show that it is stuck in transit. I will send a bad review to every company that does review I would hate to see someone else get screwed out of $90.

      I ordered a flag directly from them. Once I received it, I realized it didn't have any grommets on it, obviously my fault for not seeing them missing in description, but the customer service response, was basically you screwed up, nothing we can do. Exact text below from email: "An order confirmation was sent to your mailbox right after you placed your order so if the order is wrong, you should notify us within 24 hours from the time of ordering to modify it. Since we did not receive any request from you, we sent the size 3x5 ft as ordered." Not a company that is obviously not interested in working with customers.

      Worst company ever. Ordered a flag that did not fit my pole. I returned it within the ********************************************************************************************** my money. I have sent 4 emails to their customer service and have received no response. They need to be held accountable.

      Total rip off, should not be in business. I placed an order for a flag, $68.94. I did get a confirmation email and LOTS of emails with offers for purchase BUT I can't get them to give me a delivery date or tell me if its being shipped. They will not answer my emails and they do not have a phone number that i can find anywhere. I have read MANY reviews calling them thieves, scammers, scammers, rip offs and many other negative comments as opposed to the sugar and spice reviews on their website. All I want is the product I paid for OR a refund. They should not be allowed to solicit sales of products they do not have and do not have any intention of fulfilling. They shouldn't be allowed in business, what they are doing is illegal in ****** as far as I know. How do people get away with this stuff?? I can't send this with no stars but I hate to give them any stars. Oh BTW, they have a fake BBB site
