Hired them to level my house. When it was first done was leveled but house settled. Have a 10 year warranty so I called them less then year after they leveled it. They came out was never leveled correctly and they left. Called them again ******* came out said he would make it right wasn't made right house is worse **** it was he told me that I would just have to hire a structural engineer to come out talked to me like I was stupid which I'm far from. The man that was inside my house was more concerned about watching a baseball game on his phone then leveling my house. I have more damage done to my house this time then was ever done before. I told office I didn't want the crew that was here last time here and they sent them anyways.

Ms Apperson has a Lifetime Transferable Warranty, with a $500 deductible after the first year.  We have gone out multiple time to make adjustment, the latest being 09/16/24, in which we did not charge her.  08/05/24 Preston did a warranty check, her main areas of complaint were her front door and living room area, our work was done in the back area of her home in Oct. 2022. He also noted the crawl space had some moisture issues.  Preston suggested the engineer for multiple reasons; 1) For the customer's peace of mind. 2) The multiple warranty adjustments indicate other possible issues. & 3) The area of complaint was a new area and not where we had done the previous work.  It was not meant to offend Ms Apperson, Preston told her we would credit her the cost of engineer's report back to her if we did the work needed.   09/16/24 we sent our available crew to make any needed adjustments to our work, we didn't make any other adjustment at that time.  As far as the complaint about the man allegedly being in her house on his phone, watching baseball-this is first we have heard this complaint.  Ms Apperson could have called the office as soon as she noticed this and we would have rectified that immediately.  We want to take care of our customers and would be happy to come back out and make any adjustment to our original work.  If she would like to have an engineer come out, we would still credit her that cost back to her if we did whatever work the engineer indicated.

Those were not the only issues I talked to Preston about and I tried to get him to complete the work my house is in worse condition then it was when they first came to level it the first time. I would love for the owner to come see what Preston that was an ok job. Preston is not welcome on my property again though. On Saturday's I've never been able to get anyone to answer the phone so phone call wouldn't help with their employee no paying attention to what was going on. I have doors that won't stay open doors that won't open all the way and ones hard to close. The back of my house feels like it's a different level then the rest of the house

Started the transaction Feb of 2023 This repair cost $3,500 and the house is far from being level. I have had ********* associate out several time and the work is still not complete. Their last visit was on January 19th, which they stated job completed.

We have not only fulfilled all contractural work for ***************************, but we also did additional work at no charge.  The owner of the company, as well as the general manager, went out with the crew on December 19, 2023 to address the concerns ************** had.  ********* not only fulfilled all contractural work, but we did additional work at no charge to **************.  ********* has done everything we were supposed to do, according to the 2 contracts she is disputing, as well as the additional work in order to take care of ****************** foundation issues.  She does need additional work done, including fixing her drainage issue, which is continue to cause problems until it is fixed.

I paid the deductible for all work needed as well as the money for all additional work per contracts. My house is no where near level.

      Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:   they did not perform the work specified in their contract,  the pictures reflect the job of only a brick and some mortar

      Business Response

The contract clearly states we were to repair, as needed, approximately 4ft +/- (give or take) of the stem wall.  The needed repairs were made to that area, thus fulfilling the contract.

I am rejecting this response because:   my house is in far worse condition than before they started the work.

The company advised they would level and reinforce the foundation of my house to 1/8th of an inch change in elevation over 10 feet. When they finished, the flooring people that came out said the job done was horrible, asked who I used so that they could not recommend them to future customers of theirs, and advise the floor was actually 3.5inches over 10 feet and that they werent sure any flooring could be added as the weight of the floor might be too much for the house to take on the subfloor.Pier kings came back out to repair it again and their own project manager stated they had never seen a job left so poorly and that he didnt know what happened. They tried to correct it but was still not done to the detail they promised, and in the process of having to come back they redamaged drywall that was fixed originally from the first time, which I expected, but I didnt know I would have to do it again. Even still the flooring installed stated the floor was not going to be able to be installed and that I should try to return the *** flooring and find a new contractor to put in hardwood so that the floor could be nailed in to fit the curves of the floor, and therefore would reinforce the subfloor and could be sanded closer to level to alleviate the issue. I did this and it cost approximately $6000 more than I had planned to spend on the original flooring I had purchased.I have called innumerable times and the company has stopped answering. *** also tried to go to their company in person and both addresses I found online did not house them.

We informed *********** that the leveling effort is just that, an effort to level the home to the best of our ability based on the condition/build of the home. We never promised 1/8 inch and we have a signed contract explicitly stating that we do NOT guarantee a certain level but we do our best to level the home out. Each home is different and some can be recovered better than other but it is no guarantee of level. Attached is our signed contract by *********** where this is disclosed at the lower portion of the contract. These claims are false and non contractual.

I am rejecting this response because:   Lying to customers verbally to get them to sign a contract that doesnt include your verbal agreement is wrong and you are bad people.
