      These people came in and put 3 piers in my foundation. They did fine with the piers but did not do everything that they were supposed to do and some that they did was not done satisfactorily. I have tried numerous calls to no avail. I just want them to come back and seal the cracks in the brick they were supposed to do.

      It's been six months since Pier **** repaired our foundation and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, prompt, respectful, courteous and thorough with our extensive repair. They explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. Their pricing was very fair and was an excellent value. Importantly, their repairs were exceptional and they have held perfectly. They were very conscientious with placing high quality piers and leaving our property and landscaping as tidy as *********** short, we truly give them the highest possible rating and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

      And that's a wrap on round 2 with ****************************! Can't say enough good things about this company. This go around it was started off with the amazing ***** at the front desk. She gave me every answer I needed and promptly got back with me on ones she was not sure of. Next was ******. Project manager with the pier insertion team. This guy was fantastic to work with... He met with my Mother first, so I could go to work, and explained to her in simple terms everything that needed to be done. Then was there each step of the way when his team was working. Awesome guy... very knowledgeable in his field. The workers... Holy cow... I work construction and these guys make my crew look like nothing! They hand dug every hole and busted **** the entire day... then still left my home SPOTLESS when they ended that evening... they deserve every bit of every raise they ever get. They are welcome on my crew any day HA Lastly was the crawlspace crew. Their lead, ******* was prompt to update me on a couple small miscommunications. Did not spend much time with him as his crew was in and out in no time. However, the small amount of time he was there, it was very apparent that both him and his crew are connected in a great way. Overall.. another amazing experience. More than happy to do business in the future.
