      We unfortunately are left with no choice but to use Waste Connections. The customer service and service is terrible. I continiously have to call and see why the driver can't show up on our scheduled days. I have talked to 2 Supervisors on 2 different occasions about the poor service. Everytime I call I advise the customer service **** to note in the account the failure to pick up. Most of the time they will not put in the note which makes it harder later when the Supervisor calls you back in a week if at all. The company refuses to credit the account for failure to pick up yet still keeps increasing the rates without any notice on a steady basis.

      In September 2020 we signed up with Waste Connection for our trash pickup. At the time there was no other choice for us. We had used a company for 30 plus years with no problems or complaints. Over the past 2 years we've experienced numerous issues with lack of service. More concerning is the continuous increase in the monthly cost of service. The original monthly cost was $45.00 and in less than 2 years we were most recently received a monthly statement for $72.00! We have one container which is the same as our next door neighbor. His bill for the same month was $56.00. When we questioned this $16.00 difference we were told the neighbor must of signed up at an earlier time. Actually he has only been using their service for 6 months! We have cancelled the service and are now being told that we are being charged $360.00 for a cancellation fee.
