      I inquird about moving my retirement funds into gold and silver at least 18 month time period. I investigated three companies inquiring about their fees, quaility of service however it was customer service I was looking for. I was ready to go with the second company but lacked courage to move forward.
      I had a message from Andrew Aragon from Priority Gold and contacted him diretly after further stockmarket hit. I was ready to move forward. Andrew did a great job and even remembered talking to me earlier. I would describe myself has extremely cautious. I had many questions, apprehensions, lack of knowledge of topic, to work through lto make a decision.
      Happily Andrew Aragon did not hesitate to accompany me as I traversed this frightneing process. He was reassuring. Andrew carefully explained how Morgan Streckler would be able to answer my next set of more detailed questions.I asked many question of Morgan Streckler. I think what I appreciated most was that I did my homework prior to talking with him so I highlighted areas I did not understand and he encouraged me to take notes which I totally agree with. I am a note taker. I had little knowledge of precious metals thus had many questions. Morgan removed my doubts and carefully, patiently, allowed me to read through lthe contract and ask questions. I took notes. He was patinet and did not rush me. I felt comfortabe moving forward, big decision for me.
      The last person who came thorugh splendidly was Yolanda. Yolanda waited on the phone with me for fourty five minutes, yes....fourty five minutes waiting for my retirment fund program to get us to the right person and process my request. ( that is above and beyond)
      They were all patient, kind, friendly, reassuring and the great customer services continues. I had enormous sense of relief once I had made the decision, now I can relax and not worry about what the stockmarket is doing. It's great.
