      Tried to pay a bill. Area code ************* phone number, assumed in ***********, **. When I called this number, directed to an individual off shore. Do not want to give my personal information overseas. ****** locate a person to speak to in ***************** to pay my bill. My concern is my account will be sent to collections if I do not pay.

      Inept, incompetent, and unethical billing practices. Four different people lied to me by saying insurance denied for my daughter not being covered, when their own internal documentation and the insurance EOBs clearly state the provider is not submitting the information requested by the insurance company. Plus insurance company paid another line of the same claim on the same date of service so obviously she was covered. These people don't know what they are doing and have subbed out their first line customer service offshore. It is criminal that they have the power to turn you over to collections if you refuse to pay their billed charge when they are the ones who are withholding information from the insurance company. I will report them to our state attorney general's office and CMS if this is not resolved.
