My family of 5 had a reservation (and it was already paid!) for July 4th Weekend of the Club Wyndham ********** in *******, **. When we tried to check in, they told us that they were oversold and an owner took our unit. They would NOT help us find another hotel and gave us a number to call (who tried to put us up at a Motel 6). No sympathy for the 3 young children they had just displaced. Needless to say it was next to impossible to find a new room (2 rooms actually, as we are a family of 5... the entire reason we booked a 2 bedroom suite) in ******* on the 4th of July. They were rude and just awful and I would never attempt to stay at a Wyndham again because apparently they can just cancel your reservation even though you paid for your room.

Wyndham Resort Timeshare in *********, ** is great, as was the tour guide. But - I was REQUIRED to see the timeshare OR GET FINED $550 IF I DID NOT SEE THE TOUR!! What the **** And.... this was required because this is Wyndham's marketing ploy via horrific, trauma-inducing, fraudulent Booksi/Monster vacation package. Don't do it!!! BOOKSI /Monster /Wyndham is awful & evil torture.* Booksi site says "book this glorious resort for 3 nights for only X dollars!" So I entered my dates and booked it. It thanked me for the reservation, then told me I need to call to confirm. I call to confirm. And... That fancy hotel is not available on those dates! Only this gross Best Western is. FRAUD!!! LIES!!!* I spent a total of 30 hours listening to hold music via Monster / Booksi. That is insane. Unethical business practices.* The website is Booksi but you are talking to Monster to confirm reservation and you're staying at a Best Western hotel but you have to pay taxes to Wyndham two weeks in advance before you show up!?!?!? And you're required to see a timeshare tour at Wyndham for 90 minutes, which is actually 3 full hours and if you don't see the timeshare tour YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM $550!?!?* My partner's daughter was in the *** so I inquired about canceling and getting a refund. I sent that message via their very broken Chat Bot. It told me to call. I called. She informed me their would be a $550 fee to cancel. Shocked, I said "Don't cancel. I'll go solo." That conversation was recorded by Booksi/Monster. She confirmed my travel reservation. I flew to ********* to attend my Best Western hotel and..... it was cancelled. I show up, and Booksi/Monster had cancelled it. I still had to go to see timeshare tour to avoid $550 fee, so I got another hotel, which cost me $400. AND BOOKSI / ****** REFUSES TO REFUND!!!!

I made room reservations at "Days **************************** by Wyndham Airport ***********" via hotels com on May 31, 2025. I received an email from Wyndham with a link "online check-in" - it collected my personal information and offered to create a membership account - I declined. The site also wanted me to upload an image of my ** - I skipped this step. The website displayed a message saying that the ** is to protect me from scams. (really???). Wyndham created a membership account despite my saying not to do so. During hotel check in, I asked the staff to delete my account - I was told that I needed to contact Wyndham in order to remove the account. I sent an email to Wyndham membership asking to delete the account and not to share my personal inforamtion with anyone. I received an email with a sales pitch. I replied with my address/phone# and asked them to delete the account and opt out of information sharing. Looking back - there was no reason to do online check-in and provide personal inforamtion to Wyndham. It is quite aparent that all Wyndham wanted my personal inforamtion in the disguise of "online check-in".

I stayed at ************************* and encountered horrifying conditions: a bathroom door split in half, suspected blood stains on the light switch, walls with mold/mildew as well as on the ceilings, filthy carpets, and long hair on clean towels. The furniture was broken, lights were burnt out, smoke detector had a dead battery, and the area felt unsafe due to vagrants around the lot. I requested a refund and was told by the property they wont do one even after seeing the pictures I sent them. This is unacceptable and unworthy of the Wyndham name. When I reached out to Wyndham directly they just said the property is independently owned and they cant give a refund when I asked about them addressing the multiple complaints as well as mine about this property and what they will do to insure standards are met they said again the property is independently owned so they could not help.

I stayed at La Quinta in Trinidad Colorado. Half of the hotel had internet and half did not. I asked the staff a few times to fix the half that didn't because that is where I was staying. They kept saying there was nothing they could do. I called the tech support and they contacted the manager who said there was nothing they could do. I filed a complaint because I have to have internet due to my business needs - I was there on business. The complaint filed with headquarter just referred me right back to the hotel. It was obvious to me they did not care about helping at all. I would not have stayed there if I knew they would not have internet. For what they charge, I assume they would supply the amenities listed on the website. They didn't and no one dared to make it right.
