      This company had our payroll business and sold to ADP. Somewhere in the middle Benefitmall or ADP dropped the ball paying our payroll taxes. Now we are being charged a ton of money and they do not take responsibility. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls and no one addresses the issues. Not paying payroll taxes when they are managing your payroll is a serious offense.

      BenefitMall provided the client their tax deposits for 2020 and the returns BenefitMall/CompuPay filed on the client's behalf for Q1. The client transferred to ADP in Q2, and so BenefitMall/CompuPay refunded any prepaid taxes to the client. The issue the client is experiencing is related to the periods ADP was managing their payroll.
