      I purchased a large armoire *********** is missing out of box. There's no information for customer service or a phone number. Websites are for purchasing but no longer accepting new tickets of complaints. ****** research has dead-end contact info

      I don't think ****** knew how to contact us initially, so she went through the BBB.  We have been communicating with her through our own, internal communication system and have sent her what she needs.

      I ordered the jewelry Armoire and no screws came with the product no phone number only create a ticket option no response no action this is unacceptable

      This has already been taken care of with the customer through our communication methods.  The customer said she would be removing the complaint from BBB.  I think she said her daughter made the BBB post.  They also contacted us directly and we responded to them immediately.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. The item was a gift from my daughter I was unable to locate the screws then found them I did provide the business with recommendations to share with their customers screws are located x place

      Purchased a jewelry armoire in Feb and had it delivered on March 2nd 2023. The item has a closure on one of the side doors that is broken. We reached out on 03/04 for a replacement piece and was told one would be sent ***** Reached out on 03/19 again with no answer. Sent an email from the purchasing rmail on 03/31 and have tried to call the help number numerous times however it is constantly busy. Their website's contact page is not fully filled out. I am not sure how else to get the replacement closure however for the price I paid I should have a functioning piece of furniture not a broken one.
