      I purchased some wax from this shop. I have used this wax before and have never had an issue with the quality. This shops wax was fraught with wick clogging problems and isn't reliable. I sent an email to this shop letting them know my frustration and they did not reply. I suspect that the shop has a customer service issue and cannot be trusted. My only request from them was acknowledgement that the issue was reported by others. 3 out of 10 do not recommend.

      I had gotten a beautiful jewelry chest and lost the key on day 1. I reached out to Hives and Honey *** and they sent me one in the mail right away. This made my day! I don't know what I would have done since I locked the top drawer. Thank you so VERY much for being responsive to my needs.
