  ************************* is amazing! Nerves were getting the best of me as i was filing for bankruptcy for the first time. ***** and team made me feel at ease and guiding me through the process. I truley hope i never have to call them again but i do appreciate the help and support through this journey.

  Please do your research. I was following up on a bankruptcy search last summer (June 2022) This company had really good reviews on their website so I decided to go with them. I set up my payment plan to pay for the retainer fee (around $1500-$2000) for my chapter 13 (since I wanted to keep my car). The case was finally filed in September 2022. I did the meeting to go over the monthly payment amount, the length and sign my documents. We had the meeting of creditors or whatever the meeting that is after you sign the paperwork I was given different information. 1. my payment amount was different and 2. the term was different as well.
  Skip forward I continue to pay the "stated amount" (nobody knew what I was talking about) for the 3 months and the remaining would be garnished from my payroll check. My employer did not received the garnishment and I was receiving calls from the law office as well as information from the trustee people stating that not all of my information was correct. That is not my fault. Then I started getting letters stating that my amount needed to be reduced but was never done. Next thing, my case is dismissed. I was advised that I could I file a Ch 7 bankruptcy but would need to pay the fees again. Now, I am playing catch up with my bills that were not paid through the bankruptcy. Who has money to pay for both, that's why I filed.

  DO NOT CHOOSE ALLMAND LAW. I hated to have to make the bankruptcy choice, but after speaking with 5 different firms, I felt secure in choosing Allmand Law. The initial consultation went well and it seemed the portal would make the daunting amount of paperwork manageable, but since, the experience as a whole has all gone from bad to worse. None of the scenarios/options/potential negotiations have occurred as had been told to me, I'm in month 6 and have had my Chapter 13 payment increased to MORE THAN SEVEN TIMES the original payment amount, and now Allmand team members show up early for appointments they set and then cut them short, or show up late and literally spend 1 minute on the appointment and say they will "call me later". No helpful guidance has been given along the way, nothing has been done to advocate for me, the whole process has been insanely confusing, and now I am in a FAR worse situation than before when I was over my head with monthly payments AND out whatever monies I have paid Allmand Law. Run as far and as fast as you can. Don't even read more reviews. RUN.

  My last review was 760 characters too long, so I will be brief and clear. Avoid this firm quicker than you would a mack truck approaching at top speed. This firm hires incompetent staff who just "pass the buck" to the next person. There is no continuation of service and there is an extreme disconnect. When I finally got to the attorney after deciding to get a refund of my installment, not only did the supervisor prior to him say that I had no right to talk to the attorney, but when I finally did speak to the attorney, he agreed to pay back $382.50 of the $621 that I had already paid towards the installment agreement. Needless to say, only $328 showed up in my bank account. SMH!
