      My loan was sold to csc logic, and was paid off in 2022. Never recieved the title for my vehicle and am now trying to sell it but can not. Has anyone had any luck getting their titles?

      I had a lone through *** and they sold it to CSC. I paid off the loan in 2020 but never got a letter that the loan was paid off and never received the title. I am trying to sell my car and I need the correct documents to sell it.

      trying to get a letter of release for my lien to register my car in a new state, somehow BMO ****** is on my title but CSC Logic holds the limited power of attorney over my vehicle. Been on hold for over an hour with CSC logic trying to get the documents I need. Horrible horrible expirience. I have a number onthe statement of fact that was provided by CSC logic but it goes straight to voicemail. This company needs to be shut down.

      I have been trying to get in contact with CSC logic to get a statement indicating my lean was paid off. This has been going on for years. Every time I get in touch with someone they say a letter is in the mail but it never arrives. Now I can't even get someone to answer the phone. I have a car sitting in my driveway that I can't sell and can't even donate because I don't have the paperwork I need. This is ridiculous!
