      CSC Logic **** aquired my autoloan from *** ****** bank on November 18, 2016. I paid off the loan in full in 2020. *** never mailed me the lien release and now I am trying to sell the car in 2025. I need documentation that this loan was paid off in full. It looks like *** was aquired by Truist but Truist is saying they don't have any records of my autoloan, even after providing them the account number and my personal SSN information.

      My original auto loan was through ****************. It was sold to CSC Logic. I never received the title in the mail and now I am trying to sell my car. The *** will not issue me a replacement title without lien release. *** is now out of business and it is impossible to get a hold of someone to have the lien released and title mailed. The car has been paid off since appx 2019.

      I paid my car off in early 2020 and have never received the lein release nor title. I just need the form and or title so I can get rid of the car. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email .

      My company is in need of a document showing that CSC Logic and Suntrust had a connection at the time of the loan on a ******* Navigator that was traded into us. The title list Suntrust as the lien holder but CSC Logic signed off as lien holder. Our customer has stated they have no other documentation in regards to this matter. How do we get a document? And assistance would be greatly appreciated.

      As many other complaints that I have read about this business, mine is about their failure to release the lien on my vehicle title after it was paid off in 2018. Now that my car was deemed a total loss my insurance company needs the title and I am unable to obtain a copy because the lien Is still appearing active at the **** The phone number listed is answered by a different company and it looks like the business is closed. I honestly dont know if this complaint can achieve anything being that they are closed but perhaps you all know what recourse I might have to remedy the situation.

      I recently called my local title agency to get a copy of my vehicle title. I was told they had not received a lien release from CSC Logics. I have attempted to contact CSC Logics, but there is no current phone number, address, email, or website for them.

      I paid off my car loan with CSC Logic in November, 2021. I have the title. I have since moved from ** to IL and need the lien release to register my car in IL. There is no way to contact them. All numbers do not work, no website. Nothing but frustration. I read that ****** took over for CSC. I called Truist and they have no information on me or my paid loan. No idea what to do now!

      In 2018 I paid off my car and never received my ******. I tried calling them but according to this company weh SunTrust sold them my lean they kept my original title. Court house is asking for a release of lean but I never received it. Now when I call the number is disconnected.
