      I ordered a pillow on 12/9/23 as a Christmas gift. It never came in time for Christmas. I emailed them three times with no response. I filled out their online form to be contacted. I never got a reply. I just tried to call them and the number listed on their website is out of service. I still have not received the pillow. Order number is *****.

      Order was placed on December 5, 2022 and was supposed to arrive by Christmas. It did not and I tried contacting Dream a Pillow. They initially responded and said it would take more time, but item never arrived. Now their phone number doesn't work, no response via email. etc. I purchased one item for $46.54.

      Ordered a pillow on 11/30/23, their website says takes approximately 2-4 days. i have emailed several times asking for a says & have received no response. My account has been charged but I have received no confirmation of when I will receive my order. No response to any of the emails Ive sent.

      I did an order in 11/29 and I still have not received it. I emailed numerous times.. no answer called and the number is not in service and I can not cancel it.

      I ordered a custom pillow in the last week of October 2023. It is now the first week of December and no reply or response to any email I have sent. The 50+ dollars was deducted from my bank account almost immediately and now nothing. I calling this a total scam. BEWARE.

      My mother got me a pillow of my recently deceased father through this company and it is defective. It took forever for them to respond to my first emails and then after appearing to be getting the issue resolved they completely stopped communicating with me. I cant reach anyone now. They wont respond d to emails, their phone number on the website doesnt work, they are just completely avoiding all communications. All I want is my pillow remade correctly.

      I finally heard back from the company. They gave me a discount code to place the replacement order. However, based on other reviews, I want to hold off closing this complaint until the product is actually in hand, as they appear to have many complaints where orders or reorders are placed, and then never processed.  Many people are saying they have not received their item for upwards of 9 months or longer.

      Ordered a pillow for a Christmas on 11/26/2020 as a gift, they charged me $42.39 but I never received the pillow. Tried contacting them twice once in January 2023 and again by email on 3/30/2023 with no response.

      I ordered 3 pillows at $250 on 7/27/23. Since I had received no updates I emailed them on 8/7 but got no response. On 8/10 I called but their number is disconnected. Their ******** no longer exists and their IG is inactive. Obviously this store is a scam. *** asked my bank to look into it and return my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! How do we get the site taken down?? The founder also cheated investors ffs out of $50,000! Like how has law enforcement not shut this sh*t down??? Hey BBB at what point do you pass on information to law enforcement or the ** of the state a company is allegedly doing business? And how many times can ppl ask for refunds before **** et al stop allowing a business to process payments??

      I ordered my girlfriend a pillow shaped of her dog from dreamapillow on July 25th. I spent a total of $62.34. $22.35 of which was spent on 2 day air shipping. Meaning this item was meant to AT LEAST ship by the 28th. It is now August 7th. I reached out already by email and heard nothing (the email was sent 5 days ago). I even sent out an email the day of the order to tell them to crop out the background and shape the pillow. I heard nothing. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this my girlfriends birthday has well passed now. Its simply unfair and no one else should have to deal with this. On the Shop app to check tracking it simply says order placed no details or anything. I would like for this to be delivered or a refund on at least the shipping this is ridiculous.
