      I ordered my girlfriend a pillow shaped of her dog from dreamapillow on July 25th. I spent a total of $62.34. $22.35 of which was spent on 2 day air shipping. Meaning this item was meant to AT LEAST ship by the 28th. It is now August 7th. I reached out already by email and heard nothing (the email was sent 5 days ago). I even sent out an email the day of the order to tell them to crop out the background and shape the pillow. I heard nothing. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this my girlfriends birthday has well passed now. Its simply unfair and no one else should have to deal with this. On the Shop app to check tracking it simply says order placed no details or anything. I would like for this to be delivered or a refund on at least the shipping this is ridiculous. The order number is #*****

      I purchased a custom pillow from dreamapillow.com on 01/05/2023. The total amount charged to my credit card was $19.99. I reached out on 02/21/23, 03/17/23, and 05/04/23 via email and through their contact form on their website, but received no response to my inquiries. Their phone number listed on their website is disconnected. I still receive at least 2 marketing emails per month from ******************************** so their are still actively scamming people.

      I ordered a pillow and never received it. I emailed the company and they said they were running behind but it would ship end of January 2023. I contacted them three times after that and never received a response.

      I purchsed 2 pillows from this company on 11/28/2022 totaling $59.98 which I was billed for. On 12/13/2022 I reached out via email for an update on my order since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. On 12/18/2022 I received a response for ********* stating "Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry for the delay. I got information from our team that we might not be able to get your orders shipped before Christmas. It would be probably shipped after Christmas". On 1/3/2023 I received an email from ***** stating "We wanted to reach out once again to let you know that due to the high demand for our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, shipping times will be longer than usual for the foreseeable future.Currently, orders are taking at least 4 weeks to be shipped out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience". On 3/30/2023 I emailed the company for an update stating if there was still an issue I wanted to cancel my order for a full refund. I did not hear back and sent another email on 4/20/2023 requesting a refund and a response. Still no response. Today, 5/4/2023, in my email I received an advertisement from this company dated 5/3/2023 7:15pm. I emailed the company again today explaining that I would be filing a complaint with the ************************ (which I have) as it seems apparant that they are scamming and stealing people's money. I have also called the number on their website, ************, which is no longerin service.

      I paid ***** plus sent a photo of our deceased puppy to get this pillow made. I received no customer support, they will not answer calls the business is a flat out scam.

      I bought a pillow off of this website and they never sent me the pillow but they took my money. I spent $39.99 on a pillow i never got. Ive sent 6 separate emails with only 1 response which was them saying that it was on the way. Each time ive sent an email I have included my first and last name, my order number, and when I had placed the order. They told me that they would sent out my order in the beginning of January because of a staff member being on vacation and that theres not enough people to fill the orders but that they will ship it as soon as possible, its been 5 months. I have been cooperative and have not been forceful until the last email which I had told them that I was going to report them. Every email I have sent since the one they answered have not been answered. My order number for the website is #*****. I have all of the screenshots of our emails and the only email they responded to and what they said, I also tried to reach out to them on Instagram to get this resolved and I got no response. this is what some of the email said, It is being worked on and will ship in two business days. Please expect the tracking number by mid this mid or end of this week.. Please kindly note that the courier ********** is picking up every Wednesday and Friday only It will be sent separately via email.Please let ** know if you have any other questions or concerns and we will be more than happy to help. Thank you and have a great day!DreamAPillow 1/26/23. the last time they responded to me. I never got a tracking number or email saying it was sent. Thank you for your time.- *******************************

      Ordered 3 custom pillows and company never delivered products. Company said had production issues and there would be delay in sending. Ordered product on 1/9/23 and as of 5/2/23, I never received. Attempted to contact company multiple times via email, phone and ********* The phone number no longer works and the ******** account has been deleted. Website still exists.

      Ordered a pillow from this company on Dec 13th. Never received my order. The company was responding and said there were delays due to staffing. They assured me on Jan 24 that it would ship first week of February. No response since. I have since requested a refund only to be ignored.
