On may 26, 2024 I bid on the Collectors Auction website and won a Springfield Armory Loaded Target 9 mm Pistol. It was invoice #****. Following notification of having won I paid the requested $1,071.87, which included buyer premium and shipping. After receiving payment, they asked for the name of an authorized dealer to which they could send the weapon. I asked that it be sent to Collectors Firearms, ****************************************** (****************************************). When I received no tracking information, I called Collectors Firearms *************) and was told that a Springfield Armory Loaded Target 45 c Pistol had arrived. I asked them to return it and request the collect weapon. On July 22 I sent Collectors Auction a registered letter requesting the correct weapon or a refund. I tried to call them dozens of times. Finally the phone number for the service department was disconnected.

On February 19th I won an auction for two pistols and was sent an invoice for the cost- $521.99. I was on vacation, but promptly replied on Feb 20th to say that I was out, but would pay when I returned. They replied stating it was fine. On Feb 29th I sent a payment for $521.99 via Zelle. After going back and forth for payment confirmation and me providing several screenshots of the transaction, they replied that they finally confirmed payment and would be shipping my items and they would be providing tracking information- this was March 26th. Weeks went by without any additional information. I sent several emails and called their office several times. Nobody ever answers the phone and they only allow about 10 seconds to provide a voicemail, but I left info several times. I requested a refund several times. On May 22nd they finally replied stating that their email was hacked and they have a new email address and if I emailed that address they would take care of my request. I have sent 2 emails to that address and still have heard nothing. As of today- June 17th, I have still heard nothing. I do not want to take a legal route, but if I do not get my refund in full, I will be pursuing that. I have all of the communications and records of my phone calls to them.

Auction: Mar. 24th ** **** **** ********* **** ****. I won at auction a Henry Big Boy rifle 45 LC Caliber extended loop lever action, (See attached picture with the big loop). My FFL gun dealer received a Henry Big Boy 44 Magnum special Caliber standard lever action rifle. I have called multiple times and talked to them, they have never called me back. During my calls, I requested a full refund, they said that they would send the return shipping label to my FFL Gun dealer. My FFL Dealer has not rec'd it after 3 weeks. Finally after multiple calls from my FFL to them, they got a response that the Auction House was having issues with their shipping group and I would have to wait. This is totally unacceptable of a response. I will attach the photo of the auction, the photo of side of he box showing different gun and Invoice #****. (Side Note). Before I rec'd my Rifle, my gun dealer had researched the auction house and found multiple complaints about them. He then called me and told me about these complaints and reviews. I responded that I have never had an issue with ******** which is the platform that these auction houses use, but I was surprised that I ended up having the same issues that he found out about.) I have left messages and have not rec'd a return call from them.
