      Ourtime is still charging my Credit Card after at least 3 years of canceling my membership. Since ******************* will not do anything. I'll pay off this card and destroy it.

      I signed up for my first online date service, (ourtime). For pymt of three months upfront. Then I get an email one mo later asking to pay addl $85 for connect plus subscription! I never signed for this. I email back and was told to input text code to proceed. I did. Then 2 min later was asked again along with same text code, I replied "go away you are annoying" Since then this employee apparently has hacked into my online acct as messages are sent to random individuals which I would never contact. Also I have seen missing acct contacts etc. I did cancel my recurring 3 mo subscription, but I want out NOW. However there is NO phone contact, as two provided but both disconnect. This is a travesty on people that want to get on with their lives, and you have unethical unprofessional employees that play games with your money and your livelihood.. I have complained to the *** in hopes they can shutdown such a shoddy operation The main contact name is under PeopleMedia ****

      I have been using this site for a while and some shortcomings have improved but your non-existent customer service is almost elder abuse. I was chatting with a few people and suddenly received a message that I must pay to see my messages. I tried for quite a while to see my subscription status to no avail. This occurred in the past and I had months before my subscription was over but how do I tell now? There was no warning. You know you have me in a situation to pay up or lose my contacts. Your attitude *****.

      After paying for my subscription, I was unable to log into my account. *** tried resetting my password and received an error message stating that my account was blocked. Then I tried contacting the ************************ but with no success. Up till now I have not received any feedback from the ************************. This website is a scam and I would like to cancel my subscription and any pending payments effective immediately.

      Ourtime IS a complete scam. They took my money and failed to unlock/verify my acct because i have a land line and not a mobile device. **************** refused to answer my e mails and of course refused to refund my money despite providing all the date they requested and multiple efforts on my part to get the situation resolved--my advice-- use any dating website you want to but stay away from OURTIME and MATCH, they are one and the same.

      Complete Scam. It deserves a zero. You set up a profile and then it becomes hijacked within days. A blocking password is set up so you can't get back into your own profile. You set it up for a 25 mile radius and you get bombarded with "likes' and comments from people in ****** and all over the U.S. They pay no attention to your specifications and there is no way that works to get in touch with anyone from customer service. You are trapped in a loop of no response from any direction... phone number, email requesting a new password that never sends you a link, website etc. There is no response . But they will keep billing your credit card even after you get a new card. They will claim it is part of subscription service and find their way to your new card.

      Horrible experience. I have been trying to get in contact with them for days on a paid account and have been unable. I am a paid subscriber only to not be able to use the account due to something that says verify your account, Once I try to use the number to verify it says that they can not verify. I've sent it to customer care to no avail.... I need to cancel my autopay but can't get in the account to do so. Please don't waste your time.

      Absolutely terrible!! No way to contact ******* to complain about site not working. If you send an email it won't go through. Same subscriber/profile keeps coming up no matter who you click on. Several of the profiles on subscribers are exactly the same with a different picture, like a cut and paste. You continually get matches that are hundreds of miles away or have other qualities that you have specifically stated you don't want.

      Don't waste your time and money. i joined but cannot get into the site. They advertise that if you want your code sent to your email or phone to indicate, to double verify it is you. Well they never send it to my email so I can't get in. My phone is not charging now so I can't get it from there I noticed the same people are on this site who were on it a year ago when I first tried it, questionably authentic. The customer service is non-existent.
