      Zero customer service. I called to cancel and never get anyone on the phone. However I did meet a wonderful gentleman that I am still with. So there are real profiles on the site. I've met several men and they were nice and totally legit. Some are obviously fake.

      Even though I canceled my membership I keep getting charged. My credit card company had to close out my credit card! They keep charging me and the profiles are fraudulent a lot of them!

      80% of the profiles are fake, who is real is scary mostly. They took my credit card info for 3 month paid subscription. In less then 20 days I told them that I wanted to know why my phone pings all hours of the day and night, sending me a code, saying that I am trying to sign in, WHEN I AM CLEARLY NOT TRYING TO SIGN IN. Customer service provided no answer. I told them to remove my credit card information, and removed automatic renewal, they did...........and yet, TODAY JULY 30, they removed 15.99 out of my account, for nothing. My subscription which I didn't want to renew, still says Sept 19th end. 6 messages to Customer service, no reply, THIS IS FRAUD, AND I TOLD THEM SO. I contacted the bank and they said the only way to stop them from stealing my money is to close the account and open a new one. DO NOT GET YOURSELF WRAPPED UP WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!
