    I ordered a set of dumbbells for $265.82 (includes tax) on 8/24/2024, which I have not received yet. It is now 11/13/2024. I contacted them through their website in September, and they never contacted me back or updated my order. I got an automated email from them on 10/22/2024 asking for repeat business.I followed up with an email on 10/22/2024 asking where my shipment was. There was no response.I then followed up earlier today (11/13/2024) and have not heard back from them. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Your order seemed to be stuck on hold in our system due to using Sezzle payment gateway (we had issues with syncing orders through that payment method). Regardless, we see now your order in our system and can either process for shipping within next day or we can refund, please advise what you would like to do. Thanks
