    Purchased a realtree utv from ******* a few months ago. Right after the manufacturers warranty expired the steering broken and it wont steer left anymore now. ******* wont help with the item and the manufacturer does nothing. This item is complete junk and this companies customer service is horrible.

    I brought my nephew a push car and the handle is broken. I've only used it a few times, I just would like the item replaced.

    On or about October 26, 2024 Over 400 dollars My three and a half year old son rode this Realtree XD UTV 24V three times and the steering rode broke. He has not been able to ride it for weeks now.I have contacted Best Ride On Cars via the number provided on the back of the user manual. I have explained to them that I did not keep the receipt due to the fact I thought I was buying a quality toy for my son. All I want is them to send me a replacement part so my son can ride his to. They keep asking me different questions via text messages asking for pictures of the car but have yet to offer to send me a replacement part

    We do need to verify the purchase for the products that are sold at various platforms, so we consider warranty for authorised vendors only. How ever they are sold at FB market place, Garage sales and many other third parties, hence we need to verify the products that are bought.

    In this case however we have taken an exception and are shipping parts with ****. Tracking number has been given to the buyer for the part, so all sorted now.

    I have tried calling the business for 2 days now. Nobody will return my call. They will text whenever they want to and not respond back. An ATV that came from them caught on fire and they will not communicate and refund my money. I have reached out to ******* and they said the manufacture had to do something about it. This is very sketchy. Nobody will answer phone and you have to leave vm and then there is a number where somebody will text you but will not respond for hours.

    I purchased a kids ride on ***. It only worked a couple of times since I purchased it. It has been sitting in my garage for two years while I go through troubleshooting steps with tech support. They have sent new parts several times but nothing has worked. There are many complaints on ******* website for this same issue. I have tried to get them to make it right. I paid $400 for this. I feel like they know its faulty but will not make it right. I had purchased an extended warranty through ******** but they wouldnt honor it because they said it was a preexisting condition. They said its not under warranty now but *** tried to get this resolved for two years.

    The issue was reported 09/22/2024, which is a year after purchase and we did help her still even though ******** **** says limited 60 days warranty for the product and even after that we sent parts. Not sure what is the issue. 
    Also the state protection plan that she has is a third party to us and we do not deal with them. So we cannot comment on them.

    We can still go ahead and refund her half the price and if they are okay please ask them to contact at the text message ************ and we will be happy to help further.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. I know that parts were sent but none of them fixed the issue. I have really tried to get the *** to work. It just seemed to be the same thing over and over with no resolution. I wouldve much preferred that my grandsons be able to ride it. Thank you for your response.

    I ordered this product off of ******. But it is made by this company. The ride on toy is completely put together outside of stickers, connecting wiring harnesses and putting on the steering wheel. It needs 2 specific front wheels and 2 specific rear wheels. They were already put together on the vehicle. When received, they put all front wheel wheels on the vehicle which make the vehicle, not drive. All I'm asking for is the wheels and they are telling me they don't make the product but they do because all their pamphlets and brochures were in the box when I received it for replacement parts. My grandson is handicapped. I ordered this because it came with a remote, so my daughter could drive him around because his legs don't work.And now I have a ride on car, that doesn't drive. All I was asking them to send me was the. Rear wheels.But for some reason, they're stating they don't have to, because it was shipped by a different person. Regardless of who it was shipped by, it's still made by them. And they could still provide the wheels but are deciding not to I will be contacting an attorney. I spent a pretty ***** buying this. And there is no reason why they cannot send me the wheels. They're just choosing not to. So I will contact a lawyer. And anybody else? I have 22 let them know that this is a company who clearly doesn't care about a product ordered for a handicapped child who cannot use his legs.And we'll see what kind of attention that gets.

    We were contacted by this customer and we informed that this ride on belongs to Infans. They need to contact them, for some reason this seller has used our details. We have them in only Pink and Yellow, so not sure how this seller got this from. We informed them to contact Infans. 

    As a courtesy, we can send parts belonging to our ride on, but what if they face any issues in future, would they be contacting us ?

    I purchased a Realtree XD UTV 24V on 3/5 for my daughter . After less than an hour of use on 3/8 It kept stopping . I inspected it to see if it was battery and it was not. I kept looking and it was cutting in and out with pedal pressed. After finding that problem I noticed the right rear drive motor was also not working . I have called over 20 times during business hours. Left a voicemail (was stated I would receive a call within 1 business day) and on 3/11 I got a text asking for picture of receipt that I sent immediately and they asked for videos of the broken parts . Not sure how to send pictures of something thats broken and didnt operate. I responded on 3/11 and have heard nothing back . To no avail still waiting on a response while Im out $398.00 .To spend this kind of money and have no customer support is not acceptable. I now have a distraught 4 year old and a shiny new plastic lawn ornament.

    Two companies are involved, as Maisonette.com is an online marketplace. Please file the complaint under whichever company is necessary. Ordered a kids go kart for Christmas through maisonette.com. The go kart ships from Best Ride on Cars. The rear wheels of the go kart were missing on arrival. ********** tried to reach Best ride on cars multiple times with no response. I called best ride on cars multiple times, they never answered and finally texted me asking me what I wanted. Explained I was seeking the 2 rear wheels that were missing from my order. They referred me back to ********** saying they have to ship from their centers and stopped responding when I said Id be reaching out to BBB. ********** offered to send out a new shipment once they get the go kart with missing parts back. The go kart has now been fully assembled and took hours to do this and shipping it back isnt feasible when all that is needed is 2 rear wheels. This is a childs Christmas present. Being a week from Christmas, I had to order two wheels at $80 from a parts company to get them in time. Im seeking an $80 refund for the parts since the companies were uncooperative. Each company refers you to the other for assistance. Terrible customer service on both parties.

    The ride on toy that we shipped to this consumer has a rear wheel come in a seperate box. So customer is suppose to originally receive 2 Boxes, which he only received one. Now ********** who is the vendor is aware of this and they send us label for only 1 box, as we ship ride ons using their labels. We ask them to generate one more label and the other box was delivered. How ever when the customer contacted us, we shipped the missing box on our account as well, so this customer has 2 of those boxes now, which means additional rear wheels for them. I have attached screen shot of ***** delivery with this. So it has been sorted on our end.

The motors are not in stock will be 3 to 4 weeks of wait.9/5 my response* I asked for another option as another month for my grandson not to be able to use this.9/6 response back **** * Checking on availability of part and will get back to me.9/8 I asked again for update.9/8 wait is still 3 to 4 weeks for part.9/13 I asked again for update.9/13 response back* still waiting on parts, this might take up to 3 to 5 weeks! Will keep you posted..If the motor is not the issue, what next?I am not happy with this process and would like to know if there is another option.I can return this item to my local ******* for either a refund or a new one. Waiting another month for a part that MIGHT work is unacceptable to anyone, never mind a child.

    I purchased a ride on vehicle on 5/16 and it was delivered on 5/20.We put the ride on together for my daughter and we noticed it was not fast. I put a *****ometer on the vehicle and found the max ***** was 4mph. The website says the ***** is 5mph. The sole purpose of me buying this was because it is a 24v and should go faster than my daughters 12v. It also should match the description. My daughter is 5 and weighs 40lbs. There is not a lot of weight in the unit to cause it to ride slowly. The seller is unwilling to send me a prepaid label to ship the vehicle back and the cost for me to ship it back given the size and weight is $475 because it has to go through freight shipment
