    My husband purchased the Realtree ride on utv. He spend the whole night assembling and charging the unit. After less than an hour the acuater the controls the left and right movements for the controller broke. What was supposed to be fun for my daughter quickly turned into disappointment. We called the number provided and Noone answers the line. Less than an hour later they text us asking what are issue is. Very poor customer service and very cheaply made units at a premium price.

    Bought a 24v utv and the rear motor assembly failed shortly after purchase. I have been in contact with them since August 7th of 2023. I am supposed to receive the broken replacement part for the vehicle. However no one can tell me when or where it is. It's been going on for 4 months. I try calling in but you can't talk to a live person. All you get is a text from ***** asking the same information which I have provided multiple times. They sent me a link showing the part was delivered which is for some place in ************** when I live in ************. When you question them and tell them through text with ***** and say I don't live there THEY QUIT RESPONDING AND YOU HAVE TO START THIS OVER. Worst company ever. The failed motor is from really cheap plastic gears they use. I spent $400 on this thing for my 3 year old son who hasn't been able to use it. All I want is for my kid to be able to enjoy the vehicle I had purchased for him but hasn't been able to. I also have all the text message threads from when this started in case it is needed to show I'm not on here to be a keyboard warrior. I don't ever leave reviews. But this is infuriating to say the least.

    They dont back their products or have parts for them. The car I bought broke within two weeks and Ive emailed numerous times and they blow me off by saying email us back in a week. Their online reviews speak the truth about terrible products and bad customer service. When you spend ********* on a kid toy you would like for it to last longer than two weeks.

    I bought a car for my grandson a year ago November, 2022. All 4 tires eventually broke and had to be replaced, which they did in a timely manner. Now a replacement tire has broken and they have ignored every email I have sent and phone call I have made, totally 6 times. The message I received on the phone is that they will get back to me in one business day. It has now been over 6 weeks. The warranty will run out in November. I think that *** be their plan to avoid replacing another tire. It is now time to buy my granddaughter a car. I will no longer consider this company.

    We did respond to the customer via email on 09/26/2023 and 10/11/2023 and did not receive an email back. We then spoke to her on 10/19/2023 and we are now sending the part again. We also informed her of the emails which we sent and did not hear back. Thanks Will

    I have had a similar experience. I bought a brand new in-box/un-opened car at a non-profit charity event. I went to assemble it and some nuts and screws are missing in the box. I have repeatedly tried the customer service number with no answer. I did receive a text from an individual asking me how I they could help me but they are very delayed in their response time and are not helpful at all. I am now told I will have to wait to see how much I need to pay to replace the parts (that weren't there to begin with) because I am unable to provide a purchase receipt and therefore they will not stand by the product (even though I can share the vendor who donated the product and pictures of the product and the box). I paid a lot of money for a car I can't even assemble for my 4 year old. This has been a very disappointing experience in working with this company.

    Received a damaged ride on car. When I contacted customer service and left a voicemail hoping they would help me get the right parts needed or an exchange I received text messages from ***** who only had interest in communicating over text. I called back several times and even sent texts asking for a call back as opposed to texting so I could get my baby her car in a more timely manner. After days of trying to get a remedy the customer service proved they only care about getting your money and not the quality of their products or customer service.
