Purchased the tent from this company 3 years ago. Canopy of the tent got torn apart after 3 time use. Called the company for replacement. Warranty statement includes the following statement:"Lifetime Free Replacement for Connectors, Pegs, Ropes, Elastic ropes, etc.Lifetime 50% OFF Parts Supply exceeds normal 1-year warranty."Response was that they do not have the part for me. The customer purchased a *********************** x 30ft Party Tent from our store on April 20, 2022 through ******, with a warranty period of 1 year.
The customer contacted us on April 26, 2025 hoping to buy replacement parts, but because too much time has passed, our products have been upgraded, so there is no suitable replacement to provide to the customer.
So, we offered to give the customer a 15% discount and send him a new product. But the customer was not satisfied with this. In order to provide the customer with a better experience, we increased the discount to 20%. But the customer was still not satisfied.
It needs to be explained that we responded to every email from the customer and have been actively proposing solutions to help the customer solve the problem. And our products are professionally tested, very safe products, and there is no problem with quality.
Finally, please believe that we will give the customer the most satisfactory answer based on the customer's situation, and we will definitely be responsible for our customers and products.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file an official complaint against Quictent regarding a severely defective product and the complete lack of customer service follow-through.I purchased a 20'x40' Quictent tent in-store from ******* and have retained my original receipt as proof of purchase. Upon unboxing and attempting to set up the product, I discovered multiple serious issues, including but not limited to:Over half of the metal poles were missing entirely The poles I did receive were bent and unusable Two entire sidewall panels were missing from the package The roof tarp had a significant rip down the center I contacted Quictent customer service immediately, submitted proof of the damage, and followed all requested steps. Despite doing everything on my end as a responsible customer, weeks have gone by with no resolution, no updates, and no replacement parts. I have been met with excuses, delays, or outright silence. At this point, Quictent has failed to uphold basic consumer protection standards and left me with a product that is both unusable and dangerous.I am requesting that Quictent take immediate corrective action by:Sending a full replacement.Providing a return shipping label for the unusable parts if necessary Offering an apology and assurance that this level of service will be addressed internally I expect prompt attention to this matter, or I will be exploring additional consumer advocacy channels, including filing a dispute with ******* and posting detailed reviews of this experience across all platforms.Respectfully,******* ***** ***** ************** *********************** *************************************************Business Response

We would like to clarify that Quictent does not have physical store locations and sells exclusively through online platforms. After careful verification, we found that the receipt and purchase details ** provided do not match any order in our system. It appears that the product in question was not purchased from our store.
Since we cannot confirm the purchase as a transaction made directly through our channels, we are unfortunately unable to offer warranty service or direct assistance in this matter. We recommend ** contacting the retailer from whom the purchase was made to resolve this issue.

Quictent sent me out a damaged 15ft greenhouse via Amazon marketplace. Because Quictent is a 3rd party vendor, Amazon will not instantly exchange it or refund me. The box is missing all necessary hardware, caps, tools, twine, stakes and more. I simply asked for them to pick this hunk of garbage up and exchange it for me, They will not stand by their product. They keep telling me to go outside and count all the pieces and poles, I am not doing that with my health issues. I already paid two guys to assemble this unit last weekend but it was a waste of time and money due to all the missing parts. I want an immediate replacement or refund today. We have been going back and forth for almost a week now and they will not standby their product.Business Response

The customer purchased the ********************************* greenhouse from us and he stated that the item came with missing parts and bent poles and requested a new item. After discussing with the customer, the customer accepted the solution to send him a new frame. We have sent the customer a new frame on 5/3. The tracking number is ************ and the carrier is ****** The pacakge was delivered to the customer's address on 5/11. And this issue was resolved. Please look into the issue.

10 months ago I purchased a Quictent greenhouse. The zippers never worked correctly but we didnt want the hassle of an exchange so we just lived with it. It was used intermittently for 4 months, being carefully stored clean and dry between uses. It was again stored over the winter. Recently I set it up again to start seeds in it and I realized its literally falling apart. The plastic is just gone over about half of the greenhouse so it wont hold heat at all now. The frame seems to be weakening as well. Ive contacted customer service and they refuse to replace the cover, citing their 6 month warranty. I feel that even though were just past that point I should still receive a replacement since this was used so infrequently and cared for according to their instructions. If this is normal and to be expected, this indicates that their quality is incredibly poor. Theyve offered me a discount on a new cover but thats ridiculous to me, why would I spend more money with them if theyre assuring me that whats happened to my greenhouse is normal? I refuse to spend more money on another cover that will fall apart after a few months.Initial Complaint

No one is responding to our issue regarding an order we placed with their company on March 26, 2023. We purchased a "Privacy 10' x 10' Pup Up Canopy" tent with sides. The item arrived dirty and damaged -- possibly a "used" item. All of our orders are shipped within 24 hours and usually arrive at the customer's address within 3-5 business days. At the same time, all our emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
