      Our experience is possibly worse than the one Terry M experienced. We ordered an 8 x8 Quiktent for the deck and the cover didn't last more than about four months before holes and tears appeared. Well, it's a thin material, so we sent an email to Quictent's Customer Service asking for the price of a replacement and the model number. They responded with the first of three or four individual emails asking for more information, including our Amazon order number. We responded top each request within a few days. However, after a week of no response, a final email was sent to Customer Service again asking for price and model number. Now it's a day later with no response from Quictent who appears to have been leading us along all this time. There's no indication that they will support our wish to BUY a replacement cover. Hence the One star review. Before anyone else thinks about sending an order to Quictent, they would be advised to read these reports..
