      Our company has been a customer of ********************** for over 10 years and lately in the last 2-3 years their service has been utter TRASH. Multiple times in the last month alone weve had outages that have crippled our critical messaging infrastructure and they take over 11 hours to get a technician out to assist. The lack of responsiveness and frequent outages is completely unacceptable. We also had an incident where their spam filtration system went down, sending out a scam Amazon page to over 1000 devices on our account. Completely unacceptable. We handle confidential information over their network which is clearly incredibly insecure. On top of that they charge a 3.50 call handling fee whenever you need to call their customer service, and their website is incredibly outdated and slow. What is this, 1995?This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
