      I was scammed by them I was in the hospital with brain damage somehow they got a hold of my infor and my case . They did nothing for me I went to all my appointments I did everything by myself and now they are trying to take have of my disability claim

      Same has the rest of the reviews they put you off, have never spoken to a Lawer no one answers the phone, dealing with this law firm is like dealing with death, just waiting for you to go toes up, no help at all would not recommend this SSI KIRKENDALLDWYER to any one

      I have been dealing with Kirkendall for over a year and a half on a small personal injury case. I think they are holding a personal vendetta because of my complaints and reviews. They put nothing in writing to tell you the progress of your case. No emails or phone calls. Think again before using this law firm. I am stuck with them. What a bad choice I made.

      Noone will answer the phones. I was told a case worker would call me within 5 to 7 days and I'm still waiting on a call. Can someone please tell me how you can get away from them to file my disability on my own?

      This law firm is nothing more than a common liar. I have had them for over a year for my SSDI claim. I have called multiple times to speak with ******, the paralegal because God knows a lawyer is impossible to speak to. All I received were downright lies from this firm and 18 months later I still have no approval only a denial for my SSDI. I am now homeless, and suffering from back pain, skin cancer, and trauma-induced PTSD from what I have gone through. They NEVER return clients' calls and ignore you. All they want is the money from your claim. I received a call from ****** Friday a week ago telling me that SSDI has received all the information from doctors and that they were ready to settle. Well, Monday I received an EMAIL informing me that the firm has dropped me as being their client. To Coward to call me and they give no reason for why they dropped me. These people are common Scammers just out to make a buck off of innocent suffering citizens. Do NOT hire or retain these thieving *** liars. I will be contacting the BBB direct over this poor excuse of a law firm. I pray they go bankrupt!!!!!!!

      They got my settlement 4 months ago. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to receive money. It has now been 4 months and all I get is excuses on why they arent paying me. Now *** been told my case has been assigned someone else but I cant get an answer who that *** be. I got no one calling me back or trying to update me. It scares me to think they have received a settlement on my behalf to only keep it. Im not sure if they scam anyone and not accusing them but it does make me think not everything is what it should be.

      My case is ongoing now for 8 years I get different information when I call regarding status. Now I found out my case was never filed but in 2017 the attorney was telling me the company agreed to settle out of court. my statue of limitations my have passed when I asked the attorney he only tells me he needs a bit more time however when I ask whats being done? I dont get an answer. I dont feel that anything is actively been done.

      They told me they was taking my claim to court..Call several times checking on my case ...On June **************************** and said l couldn't suit waited a whole year when he could have told me sooner s ,l could have got another lawyer...l spoke to other attorneys that would have represented me but my year was up...

      Our first contact with Ms. ****** came in December of 2021 regarding her injuries from June 25, 2021. Our office did not receive a copy of her lease agreement to confirm the proper Defendant until April 30, 2022. Upon review of the case law in Mississippi for the specific Defendant the law was well settled that Ms. ****** would not be able to recover based upon the facts and MTCA immunity (see ***********************************). Ahead of the time for her to make a claim, we notified Ms. ****** that the law was against her. Ms. ****** voiced her understanding at the time. Ultimately, the State is not going to be liable for her claims based upon the law, and there are some fact issues that would have proven extremely difficult to prove to a judge, as this would be a bench trial.
      Additionally, (this was not discussed with the client) according to the weather almanac there was no precipitation after lunch on June 25, 2021 in the Gloster/Baton Rouge area. The report from the client stated that the fall happened at 8pm on the 25. This fact would pose an additional and serios fact issue regarding how the liquid came to be on the floor and why the liquid was not seen earlier in the day during the preceding 8 hours or more in relation to a leak in roof. In addition, chronic pain and at least one prior car wreck was identified in records as the cause of Ms. ****** pain and injuries. These were not discussed with Ms. ****** at the time of our final conversation to avoid issues.
