No communication. They claim to represent people for disability claims but they really just ignore you once you are a client. People in this situation are already extremely vulnerable and often desperate and this firm simply does not care. You can't reach anyone by phone email or through their website even if your already a client. A bunch of liars and con artists. absolutely useless. Someone needs to shut these shysters down

After reviewing Mr. *****'s claim, I can confirm he is a client with an active case pending with the Social Security Administration (SSA). The case is properly situated with SSA and nothing is being held up by any inaction or action performed by Kirkendall Dwyer. I do also see that we have had limited contact with Mr. ***** since taking his case in June 2022. I do show attempts to reach Mr. *****, but they probably fall on times when he is working for his employer. I see no incoming correspondence or queries from Mr. *****.

I do apologize for the lack of contact. We tell clients that there typically will be no updates on claims for 60-90 days at a time and that we will update when we receive the same. Most clients understand this, and some do not. We should have explained this expectation to Mr. ***** more clearly. As for the remainder of Mr. *****'s claims, they are vulgar and insinuate that we are "con artists" and "liars". The customer is always right, but these statements are ridiculous. His email to the firm website a few days prior to this complaint were even worse. We will immediately withdraw from Mr. *****'s case and will send him a copy of that letter to the address we have on file.

We do the best we can considering how backlogged SSA is right now. I will accept that I could have called Mr. ***** more and for that I apologize. The remainder of his comments simply aren't true.

      1. At no time was I informed of the limited contact. I have never spoken to an actual attorney at the firm. I have received 1 email and2 phon3 calls from them. Then nothing. My last contact with this firm was August 26, 2022. I feel I was extremely patient. Iwaited until January 2023 to attempt contact 5 months after my last contact with them. (60 to 90 days indeed) at no other time were any attempts made to reach me. Myv calls were always met with the excuse "the part my you are trying to reach is not available. Always an automated system. At no time was I able to speak to an actual person. The website also has an automated system for texting which I tried using several times. The results were always the same
: Let's Begin, are you a current client... yes... are you a disability or personal injury client...disability... let me connect you with the correct department. ..(about 30 seconds later... I'm sorry that attorney is not here please check the URL to be sure you have the correct website.
After going back and checking past reviews it became clear this was the typical way this firm treated disability clients. Once you are a client they will simply ignore any attempt by disability clients to contact them I have not been the only such client treated this way. I stand by everything I wrote

My husband filed a claim through this law firm regarding getting SS/Disability for his ******* has been 1 year, and his neurologist has indicated the lawyer has not ever, not even once reached out for any medical records, letter from her, any sort of evidence to include with his claim. Today we are submitting a letter cutting ties with KD.

These people don't care about their clients. I signed up with them several years ago for the Round Up case action law suit. They don't ever answer the phone, they don't return calls or emails. They occasionally sent out updates about what is happening with the case. It's information that can be found online. Bayer offered me a small settlement but they advised me to turn it down. 80% of cases from this suit have been settled. I'm guessing a good portion of the ones that haven't been settled are represented by this firm. They told me they would have a settlement for me in 2022, now they are saying 2023-24. I have leukemia, I'm not doing well and I'll probably be dead before this law firm gets a settlement for me. I've instructed the executor of my estate to never accept a settlement from them after I die. They should not get any portion of the money if I don't.
