      Berretts have been extremely helpful and get the job done CORRECTLY. *** had miscommunication issues with other companies except this one! Big shout out to ***** the technician (he does an amazing job EACH TIME!!!!) and ***** who has been helpful over the phone.

      It took four steps to get a ********** out to fix a pest problem. I was badly stung and had two dos to worry about for four days. First ********** came just to look and give estimate. Then had to wait for her email which I had to call to get it because it hadnt arrived. Then office said I had to get the inspector to sign off on the order before an appointment could be set. Then in order to get an appointment the n ct day I had to agree to an eight hour window for service. I waited 10 hours. The actual service was very good and effective.
