I dont know if ********************* has taken on more properties than they can handle, or if they just have poor businrss practices. Their response time to resolving issues are nonexistent. They dont solve anything. They will respond to the complaint, mark that its in process, and closed the ticket as if its resolved. I resported damaged to my siding on 3/19/25 they responded, put the request in process, and closed the ticket the same day. They never fixed the issue. I reported additional damage. The replied back to said to refrain from creating additional work orders. Here it is 7/13/25 they still havent repaired the siding.On 5/21/2025, I reported damage to the roof resulting in water leaking into the ceiling. I requested that they repair the roof. I cant repair the inside until they take care of the outside. They responded as if they were going to do something about it. They put the status of the ticket ih process, and closed it the same day. Its July 13, 2025 and nothing has been repaired ***** Managemeny is the worst management company I have ever dealt with in my life. Dealing with ********************* is a nightmare, and its very stressfull. So basically they are just taking our HOA fees and think all they are supposed to do is have the grass cut. I will make one more attempt to contact them to give them a chance to resolve these issues. 4 months have already passed since my first request, which is unacceptable. I have already spoken with an Attorney. I plan to move forward if they continue to ignore these issues that I have brought forth to them. Especially the issue with the roof. This is beginning to be a health risk as the inside of condo can start developing mold. They are not taking anyones complaints serious at all. They need to do what theyre do, or let someone else manage Spring Creek Condominiums. ********************* is obviously not competent manage so many properties.Associa Home Office - Dallas

1 starI live in *****************, ***********, **. Associa has been the management company for several years. ****** still controls our board. There is no transparency, no bidding of services, no follow up and minimum communication with the residents. As a former VP of commercial property management for over 30 years, I know that the details matter. The lack of attention is negligent. As an example, my street had an irrigation leak in the common area. It was reported and took TWO weeks for someone to turn off the water. It was then another FIVE weeks before the repair was made. This during 95 degree weather. The repair took about three hours to make. Our pool and amenity center is a disgrace - dirty restrooms, moldy hot tub and dirty pool. ******* ********, who heads this Associa office, is a joke for a property manager. We have annual board meetings where we are required to submit our questions in advance. He reads off a supposed answer and we are not allowed to speak. Imagine, the homeowners cannot speak at their annual meeting. ******* threatens to stop the meeting if anyone tries to ask a question. We are a community that is extremely unhappy and concerned about how our dues are being spent, to which we receive no answers. We have no input into project work that we feel should be completed - annual street sweeping, paint street sign posts, improve landscaping, etc. This is not rocket science. ******* does whatever he and Lennar wants and increases our dues every year.Associa is working for Lennar and not for the homeowners. I would never recommend this office for any community. There is no customer service.*I had to leave one star but would have preferred to leave zero stars.Review fromSteve G

This property management company has been extremely difficult to work with. Ive made multiple requests over the past three days regarding a time-sensitive issue, and theyve failed to provide even the most basic information. As the managers for a homeowners association, their lack of communication and responsiveness is completely unacceptable. Homeowners deserve timely answers and professional service unfortunately, this company provides neither.Associa Home Office - Dallas

Sent:Thursday, May 29, 2025 12:12 PM Hello ******************* concerns have not been properly addressed by Mr. ****** *******, Vice President. Your office, as the management company for the ************ Homeowners Association is in violation of my property rights as a homeowner. I am requesting for the second time, an opportunity to meet with you at your office to have the problem resolved regarding the shared fence between my home that your office has illegally granted *** Approval for this fence to be extended. Now this shared declarant fence is extended beyond the front of my home which is a violation of the Spring Falls Homeowners Association CCRs which state,SECTION7,WALLS AND FENCES.(a) ********* no event shall any fence or wall be constructed of chain link or wire. In those instances in which screening fences are installed, in no case may the fence extend beyond the front of the residence. Reference Spring Falls Homeowners Association CCRs page 20.Furthermore, all of the shared fences in the ************************ are "recessed" between the two (2) property lots.This is why I am requesting your office to correct this matter and have my neighbor at ************************************, ***** bring this fence back to it's original and proper position in accordance with Section 7, Walls and Fences (a), (b), and (c) as this "declarant" established shared fence is only to be "maintained and repaired" by either homeowner and the position notchanged.I have attached an image of the fence in it's original position. Horrible customer service, follow-up and issue resolution. Reported a leaking roof issue with the balcony ceiling for my condo unit in October of 2023 via the TownSQ app. Associa implemented operation ignore for 7 months (May 2024) when they closed the ticket and had me contact the property manager directly. It took another year (May 2025) for the leaking roof to be fixed at which time they told me I was responsible for the ceiling damage which increased over the time that they chose not to act.Associa Home Office - Dallas

They are inaccurate regarding the 720 statute requirements, and their financials are inadequate. Therefore, I would not endorse them on the basis of these two subjects. The business fails, despite the fact that the most of the onsite staff has been diligent and competent.Associa Home Office - Dallas

Atlantic ***************** engaged in conduct I believe constitutes extortion, blackmail, illegal vehicle towing, and baseless dog fines. These actions were compounded by a pattern of unjustified late fee accumulation and outright refusal to communicate or reconcile.Despite filing a police report and attempting to resolve the matter in person, local *** representatives avoided all accountability and refused to return the thousands of dollars in fees and costs I incurred due to their behavior. All communications were ignored, and no reimbursement has been ******* response, I have initiated a group for individuals affected by similar misconduct, as Ive since learned that many others have experienced the same abusive practices. My mother has an issue with her condo that is managed by ********** and she is not receiving proper communication or assistance in remedying this potential ***** hazardous situation. She is not being provided with the information indicating what the management company covers. Thousands of dollars are billed to these residents for this company to support the management of these properties yet points of contact are almost impossible to find and once located, they have to wait weeks to hear even the slightest bit of information back. This is unacceptable and I hope someone at a management or leadership level can address the negligence of their staff. I would relay it myself but again, its impossible to locate contact information for these people.Associa Home Office - Dallas

I am under the ************** of The Prescott Companies, which is an Associa company. This company has an abysmal accounting department, and the president of the company, initials P.S., ignores emails/inquiries about issues. Recently, half the homeowners in our complex in Allied Gardens were double charged their *** **** because ******** can't make a calendar and overlapped a month of the new HOA fees with the old ones, because the old calendar was made for 13 months of billing. Incredible work. When this was brought to their attention, they decided that it was impossible to do refunds to our bank accounts, even though they pull directly from them for dues, and went through with physical checks. Then four of us were left out of the initial refunds for seemingly no reason, and our checks had to be printed and mailed from out of state. This resulted in receiving a refund 38 days after being double charged. In the meantime, ******** had no issue with mailing me a bill exactly on time for my next month of *** ****. When I reached out to the president, I received a boilerplate apology, with the promise that they will "make it right" with me, but they denied my request for a discount on my next month of dues and ignored my request for a payment of interest on the loan that they took out from me without my authorization. The president ignored my inquiry about how they will "make it right". I assume they hadn't thought that far forward and would hope I just went away after I received their apology they had ChatGPT write for them. The only person who has any kind of decency and interest in clearing up matters is our HOA manager, initials A.G., who actually genuinely cares and attempts to resolve homeowner issues, and tried everything he could to resolve this for me and the other tenants. My name is *** ********* I live at ****************** ********* managed by *******************. On January 13th,2024 my Heat went off. It was working intermittently on for 24+ hours off for approx. 2.5 hours. Calling ****** emergency # at 4:20 P.M, **** ****** the maintenance man showed up about 7:55 P.M. After being off for over 24 Hours my heat had gone back on at 7:40 **** was there 3minutes saw it was working, and left B-4 I could get down there. It was -13 degrees I went to bed at 9 and woke up at 12PM shacking violently. Calling ******** ****** (**** Manager) she stated 2 days in a row, "If **** says it's working it's working" and hung up. thinking if I got the opinion from a professional, they would fix it, I got 2 Honeywell, they tried to Jump start the system and it would not start. and a local HVAC (*****) who said the Zone valve needed to be replaced **** didn't seem to realize what intermittently meant and kept insisting it was working. I was forced to go to small claims court at the first appearance the Court Comm ***** told me the **** Attorney told him ****** could not be on the complaint, not a decision maker and if I didn't remove her, he would toss my case exparte ************ members told me she was urging them not to pay this. At the next court appearance ****** blurted out "I'm the one who said that I couldn't be on this, not our Attorney, our attorney was not involved in this case I'm the one who had that conversation with Comm. *****" (Again would be exparte conversation.) At the trial **** ****** (**** employee) under oath started lying my Condo President ***** ******* sat next to him Knew he was lying and didn't say a word. He knew because he had the 2 documents from Gross heating and Honeywell Resideo. I had these as evidence but didn't Sopena the contractor, thinking my evidence was overwhelming with the 3 people in my Condo and would have testified, no heat.
