      Absolutely horrible management. I am a care giver for a client that lives here. And the management is very unprofessional, and threatening to my client. I will be filing a report with my work, with hud housing, and I will be calling corporate also.

      They had me to come in and do an application on I had my application fee and deposit 4/24/2024. Well as of 5/10/24(Friday) I called and spoke with ******, she stated that she was sending my employer a release form and had me to call them to let them know so that they can be looking for it. Well that evening I called ****** back and another lady answered and proceeded to go off on me(I had never spoken to her before..only ******) told me that my application was number 14(****** told me number 15) and ***** have started on it(even though I turned it in on 4/24/2024) and she yelled at me to come get my Application fee and deposit! And hung up the phone in my face. Well I went to pick my stuff Monday(5/13/2024) and could not get my application fee. ******************* told me that she would give me a refund...now it's I don't get it because they was starting a background check! These apartments have scammed me! Got all my information and then screamed come get your information! I have NEVER gotten spoken to that way for some apartments..Somebody help because this was very unprofessional

      My brother, sister and i were looking for our next place to live and thought the apartment complex in our area called The Mezzo was "our" place, so we filled out the paper work and they had us put a holding fee of our security deposite down ($1650) claiming that if we didn't pass or if we backed out that we would get it back, and after 2 weeks of no word, we started looking around again and found a better place and the one we are currently living at, but The Mezzo (******** Properties) approved us the same day that our current place approved us and claimed that our money was now none refundable and that it was all in the paper work we filled out, little did i know that they do this all the time to people (saying you'll get it back verbally and in the paper work says otherwise 4 pages deep on a sub document stating - that you'll only get your money back if you get declined and your money automanticly becomes a none refundable down payment apon aproval), we tried and tried and tired to get our money back but they had lawyers waiting bacause like i said "they've done this before" we found out afetr the fact, becareful and don't rent from ******** Properties in *****

      They had the worst way to help their residents. We been having problems with water coming out from the floor, problems with the ac and fungus on the bathroom because of the water coming out from the floor. They know everything and decided not to see u when u go to their lease office because they dont want it help you. They even care if you have minors living with you with sinus or health problems.

      Esta gente no tienen corazon, solo se preocupan por q les pagues la renta pero no les interesa ayudarte con el problema, sus managers se encierran en las oficinas y desiden no verte la ***** Es horrible como t tratan y como no les importa resolver un problema q lleva hace tiempo. Solo quieren su dinero y q el edificio se les caiga encima a sus residentes. Saben q como esta la economa no se puede pagan rentas tan altas abusan despotamente de los q vivimos ai. Muy desalmado.

      I went to talk to Miss ****** but she just sent somebody to say she can see me. It is sad that we paid every month on time our rent to receive a poor customer service like this. I guess you have many complaints away the way the "help" in the office. I dont know if because they have a budget creen q si ahorran les daran mas bonos al management pero no es justo because estan jugando con nuestra salud.

      Espero q usted no sea uno mas del monton q solo escuchan la queja y no hacen ***** por favor ayudenos, gracias a residentes q pagamos renta su ********* sigue en pie. Tomennos en consideracion, esto es **************, no una republica en desarrollo.
