Matt and his team saved our real estate purchase. We worked with another lender that dropped the ball (massive understatement) and cost us 15 days out of 30 days in our purchase contract. The new lender we worked with couldn't get us closed in time but directed us to Matt and PTF. We were down to 4 or 5 days until closing at that time. Matt immediately acted and we were funded in 4 days after our first conversation. We would've lost the property of our dreams if Matt hadn't been able to step in and carry us with a bridge loan. Professional, courteous and more prompt than any transaction I've ever handled. Job well done!Property Tax Funding
