If you're in a bind, and can't afford to pay of pocket for your property taxes, I highly recommend this company. I've worked with *************** and **************. They have both been great. Everything gets handled quickly and they are easy to work with. The sooner the taxes get paid the better. They don't waste any time. If you're reading this you're probably stressed out. I know I was. Working with them and getting the taxes paid was a huge weight off my shoulders. I wish I had called them in January instead of waiting until Spring!

This is a great company with excellent customer service, I was in need of a ********************** tax loan a few years back and found them online. One of the biggest things that stood out to me up front and steered me their direction was the fact that they were located here in ***** versus many of the other competitors. So I reached out for some basic information then shortly after received a phone call from *** and the rest is history. They were able to look up and verify all of my information then offer me several different loan term options in a matter of no time. Before I knew it I was meeting with a notary to sign paperwork, and a short period of time later the process was complete. Since then I have had no issues at all making my payments online, and if I have any questions I can always reach out to *** or **** and expect a speedy response. Property Tax Funding is an amazing company to work with! Their staff is kind, friendly, understanding and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. This company is completely incompetent. I had a loan with this company and they were consistent in making payment mistakes. They take advantage of people who are desperately trying to keep their homes. I finally decided to sell my house and in doing that at closing this loan was paid off at my closing. Now they are trying to collect money from me when I haven't owned the house since May of 2022. I would never advise anyone to get a loan from this company.Property Tax Funding

Thank you for providing feedback. I reviewed your account and confirmed a payment from Monarch Title posted on May 17, 2022. The payment received from the Monarch Title was short of the full amount to pay off your loan. Our company contacted Monarch Title about the remaining balance but received no response. As a result, our system generated a late letter to you. I realize how concerning this could be to you since you entrusted the title company to pay off your loan. After considering the small remaining balance, we've decided to write the amount off and close out the loan. We are sorry if we inconvenienced you with this issue, but rest assured, it is now resolved.
I also reviewed your payment history and found no notations of payment mistakes or otherwise. Our company prides itself on having a sound process for posting payments, so I would welcome more detail on the errors you mention. We are happy to provide a detail of each payment posting to your account and discuss any concerns you might have.
