    Kofile Technologies is completely misleading in all aspects of business. They have false marketing tactics in all aspects of business and their practices and policies are the worst kind. They should be held accountable for the tacky and trashy ways by which they conduct themselves.

    The charge was on 9/28/22 for $10. I called the number provided in the description on my bank statement and it is not a working number. I called my bank to dispute charge. I then googled company name, called their number number listed and talked a lady receptionist that was unable to help me. I have the reference number for the charge, i was willing to give personal information to try and look up the charges tied to my name, but they were unwilling to help and told me to call my county and bank. I explained I did call my bank and they stopped the charge but they could only see the processing company name (kofile) and to call them for details. This company charged my personal debit card for "files requested" but couldn't tell me the who requested them, when they requested them, what files that were requested, and told me it was up to me to figure it out. Refused to transfer me to the accounting department, manager, anyone else that could further assist me.
