    I've never been a customer of theirs, or had a file with a client. I received back-to-back calls and voicemails from them on my cell phone until I blocked their number because they were calling for a prior resident of my home that I'd never met.

    I have contacted my attorney for harassment from this company. I informed them to stop calling me and I have no knowledge of the person whom they are asking for.

    I have repeatedly told this company to stop calling me about someone else. Despite this, they continue to call. When I asked them once again to stop, the representative responded sarcastically, saying, Maybe you should tell us to stop calling, have you ever thought of that?as if I hadnt done so countless times. After this disrespectful response, and my request for a supervisor, the representative hung up on me and refused to answer when I called back multiple times requesting a manager. Eventually, when he did answer, he commented that I sounded emotional after my probably 15th attempt, which was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.On this phone call, I learned that they are calling for a ******* *. but are looking for somebody named ****** They are literally spamming this dudes friends and family and being completely and utterly unprofessional while doing so. Im on the national Do Not Call list, yet this company continues to call, often while Im still sleeping. Considering I am on the national DNC, the fact my number isnt even in your system as ******, you guys are breaking the law. This morning, they called at 7 AM. After probably 20 attempts, I finally reached a manager, who was just as unprofessional. When I expressed my frustration about the previous representative, including a transphobic commentwhen I said, Do I sound like a *******? the representative replied, I dont know, its 2025, you could be.the manager not only failed to take the complaint seriously but agreed with the comment and refused to acknowledge its unprofessional nature.This has been the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a company. The managers attitude clearly shows that this unprofessional behavior is tolerated, if not encouraged. I wanted accountability for the employees conduct, but its evident the problem stems from the top down. ***** this company at all costs.

    Received a call on my cell phone today referencing my brother and the "late" my mother, whom we just lost 2 weeks ago.I have NOTHING to do with this company if myself or anyone else in my family is contacted again, there will be legal actions taken.THE AUDACITY OF YOU AND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    Someone from this business keeps calling me, my family, friends, and employers. Left weird message with my mom about my home being taken even tho thats not what my debt is for the threatening needs to stop. And I have a recording of that conversation. Please no longer contacting me or my family and friends and employers via phone calls. If you do I will seek legal action.If this company needs to contact me please send a written letter in the mail as to what this is concerning. Must have contact information on it with letter head and debt information such as original debt price, original collectors ect.

    Received a phone call on my cell from (four-six-nine) nine8three-7sixtwonine. Man asked if he was speaking to Mrs. **** and it was my last name. I said, "Speaking" and the man hung up. I don't have an issue with a vehicle/leans on property/etc. This company is a predatory company with unethical business practices. To my knowledge, they have absolutely no reason to be contacting me. When I called the main business line, the man that answered said he has no way of knowing who called me because they use different numbers and I would have to "wait" until that person called me back. What a sham company with deceptive business practices.

    Impersonating a federal agent, defamation of character, and harassment. Just to name a few things done by ***** ******. Calling my employer as well as relatives that he was warrants, looking for us, etc. my employer shouldnt have to ask if Im in legal trouble because of an unsettled debt. Were preparing to sue.

    Received a call from *********************** over the last couple days. Returned the call today. She was calling on a car or car(s) that we filed bankruptcy on in 12/23 and discharge was 4/23. The cars were returned to dealership and lien holder/financing company prior to discharge. No calls should have been made to myself or family.
