  ******* ******** ********, I was that client in 2022 that the mortar was painted (not good and should never have been) along with my flagstone being painted. Then those two guys used wrong and cheap mortar on my stones. Come to find out they knew nothing about stonework which you stated they did. You also ordered me two windows. I never received them and you never put them up. On all projects you were given a deposit of 50% which you did not hesitate to take. I continually called you over and over and over and you kept making excuses saying I am going to repair all that they messed up and your windows should be in soon or they were backordered. All excuses.. Then you decided you were not going to do the work because after all you have 50% of all projects you bid me and so you blocked me on your phone so I couldn't reach you. I hope no one uses you in your new business. However, I am betting you are still doing the same thing and obviously using shady business practices. So your response to **** V was not correct. You DID NOT fix anything those two guys messed up. I also was the one that told you he was trying to get other business from me behind your back, so you repay me for someone doing that to you by stiffing me on my jobs I had paid you 50% on. Do not do business with ******* ******** whatever the name of his company is this month.

  Had a metal arbor welded and installed back on OCT '22. Everything was good except for the painting. There were spots that were missed and months later, there was rust showing in some areas where it was welded. I've been trying to get ******* to send someone back to brush off the rust and paint it again since DEC '22 and he keeps giving me excuses. He would tell me that someone would come, but no one shows up. The last response back from him was back on AUG '23 and since then no response back from him. He had two guys work on my project, **** and ******. I reached out to ****** and asked him if he could come out, but he said that he no longer works for ******* because he was not paid in full from him. Lastly, the metal arbor's location is right next to my pool and when they were doing some welding, they failed to cover the pool, so the sparks went into the pool and now I have rust spots in my pool. I would think twice or make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's with this guy.

  We are sorry to hear that **** was not answer. The dates are correct and most of the information he startes are true. We want to assume that he never received our email sent in masses that we are no longer in business. We did try to schedule several times to correct that minor issue after working on several projects for his father. He was usually not available when we were able to go out. Either out of town or busy. ****** no longer worked for our company due to the fact he purposely messed up on one of our projects when I confronted he trying to go behind our back to do the work at a cheaper price. Unfortunately for him this was one of our clients of 10yrs and denied him and made me aware of the situation after that he started giving the client an attitude along with using the wrong color mortar that I had to pay to get redo **** worth of work. Regarding the pool and rust marks that was never to us at all in the year us proving work at his parents place as well. We liked **** him and especially his father were becoming on of our favorite clients that we planned on having them for years. Unfortunately I decided to retire and started another business. The new owner stated they would reach out to all our clients and to make sure they were all taken care as I did in all my years of servicing several states over the past 15 yrs. I wish **** and his father the best.
