      A couple of months ago I haven't looked at the paperwork to be sure of the exact date that Texas solar broker LLC had salesman out in our area everyday for about a week they was coming by my house to sell those panels I got the panels then then about a month later they came to install the panels my wife was home when they was there they came out one day to do the wiring then they came back the following week when the panels was delivered. Then they left and said that we had to wait on a PTO inspector to come out and then the panels would be up and running from that day to this day the panel is still not up and running but we got a bill from sunrise I file one complaint with the Better Business Bureau I got a call from a guy named Chris from Texas solar he left a voicemail I returned the call again I still can't reach anyone on the other end and I have left several serval voicemails and I still have not spoken with anyone from Texas solar. The graph that they showed me of my roof of my house is nowhere near the pounds that I have on my house. I don't understand why and how Texas solar are still in business when they don't return a phone call I have emailed left messages on top of messages and I still have not spoken with Chris or anyone else is for that goes from Texas Soldier I don't know anything all I know is the day that they came out to install the panels on my roof don't know anything from that point on and the only reason why I know that the panels are on my house is because my wife was home that day they installed them and I can see them when I drive up to my house. as far as knowing if they are working I have no clue because I can't speak to anyone. I have never in my life seen a company that will not answer their phones not one day that you call and I'm hoping praying that you guys can get some answers for me because it's the only way I'm hoping for answers I don't know what else to do. I can send a text message that I have from the salesman that came lied

      We have tried to reach Mr. ****** several times, all we need him to do is sign his Interconnection agreement and his system will work.

      We will call him tomorrow now that we have the correct number and resolve this.

      Purchased Solar Package in 2021 which included a Generac generator to be installed. The generator has been setting on our driveway for 6 months waiting to be installed. All we get from American Sun is excuses. They are non-responsive to request on status of installation by phone or messenger. Electrician was out on Wednesday August 24, 2022 to survey the job (this was the 2nd electrician to come out in 2 months) and was told he would be back on Friday August 26, 2022 to complete the install., No one showed up or called to advise of status. Tried to contact another rep at XXX-XXX-XXXX but no answer and voicemailbox was full. Greeting advised could call XXX-XXX-XXXX for assistance which I had called previously and left a message.

      We have submitted for a sub electrical permit that is needed for the automatic transfer switch, the job was supposed to get done last week.

      Had we done that, the power would not have been able to turn back on.

      Once we get the permit for sub electrical we will finish the job.

      Why has it taken 8 months for the company to pull permits required for this work. Especially since they have had more than 1 electrician at the residence in the last 8 months and each one knew of the requirements.

      There is no excuses, we have already expressed apologies to the consumer. No one can turn back time, people make mistakes, and we dropped the ball. The deal is actively being monitored and the desired outcome will be achieved very soon. The job will be completed.

      In September of 2021, this company came out and "installed solar panels" on my house.

      They don't work. I'm still getting $500/month electric bills from TXU. They do not produce energy at all. My electric bills reflect that there are NO solar panels on my house.

      I called them to try to get a technician to look at them a month ago. No technician has come. They haven't even bothered to call me back about scheduling.

      I need to reopen the complaint.

      They sent someone out, but he didn't actually do much. I know for a fact my solar panels are *not* working. I still have no details about what's on my roof.

      They merely did the appearance of work, then told me to check my electric bill. Well, guess what: my electric bill still reflects no work done.
