  DO NOT USE OVAGO! My wife and I are frequent travelers, but we are short of cash and wanted to book our 25th wedding anniversary. We made the mistake of trying to save money by booking with Ovago. We literally spent hours with them online and on the phone. It was always bait and switch. We would find a flight, book it, (like fools) put give our credit card number and then they would say no seats are available and you will not be billed. Finally, we gave up, came to our senses, ate the cost of a respectable travel website. DAYS later they try to charge me >$4500 for tickets that were cancelled and that we did not authorize. Fortunately, my bank caught the fraud, blocked the payment, but I had to cancel my debit card and order an new one. I was very fortunate not to get scammed, but it's a cautionary tale for others.

  Did not like the service provided. The representatives were never helpful and never resolved the issues. I was asking for a refund of the return ticket but they never gave and tried anything to ease the stress I was experiencing at that moment. I had a bad experience with this company. I just hope others will not experience the same thing I did. I just hope you give importance to every client.

  The worst customer service I ever experienced while handling a issue on a air itinerary. My itinerary was changed without any warnings or reasons. While trying to address the issue I had to call over 20 times in a 2 days period, always transferred to many different depts to and no solution. Best way to describe this company...scammers Worst experience ever!!!!

  ************ from AranGrant is phenomenal! I have worked with him for two trips over the last year, both to ****** and both involving multiple stops and another traveler. **** is incredibly attentive and service oriented. He replies promptly to inquiries and listens carefully to your ideas and wishes, providing excellent advice when requested. **** has been able to book business class flights for me that are less expensive than anywhere else online that I have been able to find. In addition, he is very knowledgeable about all the different airlines, helping to weigh the pluses and minuses of each, factoring in cost, layovers, comfort, service, etc. He also provides great information about hotels and makes it easy to book rooms through him at the best possible prices.Finally, **** is extremely patient as one mulls over when to leave, which airline, which hotel, etc. Hes willing to provide whatever information he can based on his knowledge and experience to assist you in making the right decision.I am lucky to have found ****. I am already planning my next trip to ******, and I would not think of using anyone or any service other than **** at *********! (By the way, when I was in ****** last year, I needed to make a change in my flight while over there. It was a nightmare working with other AranGrant people to get it done. It took two days and hours and hours on the phone. I was passed from person to person, kept on hold forever, given different instructions by each. It ruined my last two days in *******. I finally reached out to ****, who immediately had the solution to the problem, which was then resolved within minutes after I conveyed it the AranGrant people who dealt with overseas issues. **** to the rescue!)

I had the pleasure of working with ********** for an international flight from ******* ** to ******** ***** in early June of this year (2024).He was very courteous, professional, and responsive. He is a wonderful representative of *******************. I will gladly use him for my future travel.

  My flight was canceled and they refused to give me a full refund. They kept $400 for service fees. Thats illegal. Use anyone but ovago. Awful company.

  Terrible. They sell a flexible ticket option but then make it very hard to actually change the ticket and try to charge you fees that, per their terms, you do not owe. Never again. Not worth it.
