    We contracted with Woodbows (*******************) for a full-time virtual assistant to answer the phone and take orders or answer customer inquiries. This was stressed as an absolute priority for our business. There were other things available, but the phone customer service was an immediate need. We were told there would be no problem filling this position and we entered an agreement.The first VA assigned would barely speak and could not take an order. When we brought our concerns to the supervisor, he pulled her off the job and offered an immediate replacement. The replacement did not show up to training and did not contact us for 3 days, this is when we requested a refund. A few days after the initial request we met virtually with the CEO, ***** Suntar and the Senior Sales Manager *********** ******, we explained our position and it was agreed that we would receive a refund. We were sent a refund form and after a month we have still not received our money back. Not all business arrangements work out, there are no hard feelings about it, but we did not receive any service, we had an agreement to part ways with a refund. This is still our desire, to part ways with a refund.

    Woodbows supplied me with the full refund that we had agreed upon.

    After we requested a letter to be sent from our business law firm the refund was executed.

    We consider this case closed.

    The consumer was seeking virtual assistant the business stated they would give her an assistant for free but none of the contact information worked to reach the assistant.
