    Horrible phone service, ordered what I believed to be 8x57 JS! It is what the picture of the box showed ! In fine print after the wrong stuff arrive (which I have no use for ) was told they would not exchange it! He even stated go look at *******. We're just like them. However, ******* does exchange and return things. So I'm not sure what ******* he is shopping at?But I would not, and will not do business with this company again if they cannot rectify this situation and I will tell everybody I can to be very careful of this company. They're bad and my bad I didn't see the fine print with my terrible eyes that it said JRS and they clearly had a nice big box saying 8 x 5 7JS clearly, different stuff JRS having a rim JS not having a rim. I do believe that there's an honest mistake on my part and a misrepresentation on their part a decent company would accept the fact that they should've had the correct picture as well as the correct explanation of what they were selling, the right thing to do would be to simply exchange this unused brand new ammo for the right stuff and make the customer happy if they cannot do this I will not shop with them ever again and nor should

    I was a little hesitant to order from this website, but they had a great price on an optic I wanted. I was concerned about the time it would take to get my order because the optic had to ship from their distributor. It said it could take as long as 14 business days, but to my surprise, it was at my front door in 5 business days! I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Great prices and fast shipping!

    I placed an order with them on ammo seek and waited and didn't receive my order and they will not refund my money!! The owner is very nasty to customers and post replies to reviews with lies. They will not work with unhappy customers. They advertise products for sale that they know they don't have so the can't take your money!!

    ***************** attempted to purchase merchandise from this merchant through their website, but when I went to check out, they increased the price significantly. When I called to complain, their "customer service" agent hung up on me! Obviously, I'm not dealing with anyone who uses illegal sales tactics and I'll take my business elsewhere. I suggest that you do the same.
