    CUSTOM MADE FIRE RINGS 1 60 / Black / High temp coating $849 Ordered begining for dec, told a month to build. Still not built and zero replies via email for months. I am going to contact my credit card company very soon.

    I ordered a firepit spark arrestor from Amistad Grill Company in November 14, 2022 for $238. I waited until January 12th, 2023 before I contacted them about the progress, the reply back was this: "We are struggling with our paint supplier." Which I thought was very strange since there are too many paint suppliers in ***************** to count, but they insisted on this one special paint that they use. Does this sound like a stall tactic to you? Well, I waited another three weeks before contacting them again, they said that they were finally working on painting my arrestor and I should get a tracking number in another week. Another 3 more weeks and surprise they are still not done, I called them over the phone and spoke with ****** who said that they were going to ship the arrestor out next Friday the 17th of FEB, 2023. A notice of a delivery update was sent to my email that stated a ***** label was created on the 24th of FEB, 2023 and that they are waiting for the package to be sent to them before they deliver it. I checked today 1 March, 2023 and the ***** label is the only thing that has happened. The arrestor is still with Amistad Grill Co and has not been given to ***** for delivery to me. It takes a lot for me to be this frustrated that I would leave a bad review but the lack of service and what I feel is a lack of honesty and shady business tactics at this point. The level service is abysmal by this company who either doesn't have their sloppy operation together or is just outright stealing from customers who feel betrayed and. Time I will never get back waiting for their product when I could have had another spark arrestor and heat deflector months ago. I will never recommend this company to anyone and in fact am going to let everyone know my experience with Amistad Grill Company.

    On May 8, 2022 I purchased the Amistad Fire Pit Arrestor - Heat Deflector SLST-1, with a Veteran's Discount, in the amount of $319.50, with an expected lead time of 6-8 weeks before delivery. In July 2022 I received a fulfillment email indicating the order was ready for shipment. Despite several emails and phone calls inquiring as to the status of the delivery, I still have not received my order. ***** Tracking number ************ was provided and several responses indicating the shipment would 'go out by the end of the week'; however, they were all empty promises.

    On 10/5/22 I placed an order for a 24" firepit base with footrest (order#****). On 10/5/22 my Mastercard was charged $206.98. As of today 11/16 I have not received the product. I have called and emailed several times (I can provide documentation). They answered the phone once and told me they would send shipping information. This was two weeks after they had told me it would be shipped the first time via email. On Nov. 8th they told me the base was shipped and provided a ***** tracking number. 8 days later the item still hasn't been turned over to *****. I sent an email via their website earlier this week and again received no response. They do not answer the phone and their system is not allowing messages. They have not been truthful and have tried to string me along with false dates and a ***** number.

    I received the fire pit base that I ordered yesterday. I'm very satisfied with it. Amistad Grill would be wise to provide accurate shipping info to customers. When they told me that it was shipped three different  times when in fact it was not, Amistad lost credibility and created unnecessary frustration for both parties. Tell the truth and all will be well. They make a very good product.

    We purchased item AG-19-SL-BUNDLE on May 31, 2022. We should have received the two item bundle within a month or so. After emailing and leaving multiple messages with the company, we finally received the base of the item several months later but not the top (spark arrestor). I have emailed, called, and left messages many, many times. When the company would respond, they would tell me the item will ship "next week" but next week never came. Now they aren't responding to my calls or emails. The bundle has already been charged to our credit card and it's been five months and still, nothing is resolved. I am very disappointed with the lack of service and poor response times. And honestly, I just want the other piece of the bundle so we can use our solo stove.

    I ordered a Spark Arrestor and Fire Pit base base with wheels in November 2021. After waiting over a month they arrived. The door on the Arrestor was badly bent and inoperable. The base came with no wheels. I paid extra for a base with wheels. I was told they were out of stock and that they would be sent out in a couple of weeks, I was also told a replacement door would be be sent out. After many phone calls and emails over almost a year the owner called me after seeing a bad ******** review. He told me his employee was giving out bad information and that the entire Spark Arrestor would need to be replaced. He told me he would send a new one out and I could send to damaged one back in the box the new one came in. He also said again my wheels would be sent out in a couple of weeks. They sent the return postage on June 21, 2022 but the Spark Arrestor and wheels never came. This was over 3 months ago and now they won't return my calls. It's been ********************************************* Base because I was being lied too about the replacement and wheels.
