    I placed an order with this company on 12/6/23. I paid $84.71 and was told it would take about 6-8 weeks to receive my order. I emailed the company on 3/23/24 to inquire about my order as I hadnt received it or a shipping notice. I received a response assuring me that the company was restructuring and trying to get through backlogged orders. They asked me to give them my next game date and assured they would try to get my order to me by then. I responded that my game was 6/1/24, giving the company two additional months to get my order out to me. I never received it or any further updates. I emailed on 5/14/24, again inquiring about my order. I did not receive a response. I sent an email on 7/3/24 asking to cancel my order for a refund as I still had not received it, or any communication. Again, I did not receive a response. I have continued to reach out requesting a refund and have still not received a response, an order, or a refund.

    We placed an order with Frog Mouth December 2023. We have yet to receive this order. I've sent several emails with little to no response. The responses I did get ensured me that the order would be shipped within a couple weeks. There is no customer support number. All correspondence is through a web based email. I did not get a response from my last email attempt which was sent a couple months ago. This order was for my daughters team uniform. My daughter played the entire season without her uniform. I just want a refund for the order. There is no longer a need for the uniform to be made and shipped. She will grow out of it by the time the next season starts.

    I purchased a roller derby jersey on 1/23/2024 and have not received the product. and have not received communication from the company since may 2024. Order #*****.I have send multiple emails, used the "contact us" form on the website and attempted to contact the company though social media. with no result.     Date of transaction: 1/6/2024 Amount of transaction: $91.18 Item ordered: custom roller derby jersey Issue: item still not received, no shipping updates or ETA. Was originally estimated that it would ***********-8 weeks to ship, after almost 10 weeks I emailed asking for an ETA, I got no reply, a month later on April 16th I asked again about an ETA. On April 29th they finally replied and asked when the next game was that I would need the jersey for, I replied same day requesting in by a game on 6/15. On 5/22 they finally replied saying they could "absolutely" get the jersey to me by 6/15. No jersey by the game on 6/15. I emailed on 6/15 asking for an update and pointing out that they had said it would arrive in time for the game 6/15. In response to that email I only received an automated reply. I have emailed one other time asking for either my jersey by 7/31 or a refund by 7/31. I only received another automated reply, no ****** and no refund and no actual communication from their customer service Through this whole process they have been advertising sales, and promotions for new orders while still unable to complete orders they already have which makes the whole thing even more irritating.

    Merchandise was ordered on 12/26/2024. When order had not been fulfilled within 6 months with no contact by company, I requested a refund on 4/27/24 and 5/30/24. Refund request has not been acknowledged, nor has refund been issued.

    I have placed an order 6 months ago and have heard nothing from this company about that order. I also had to place another order two months ago and again, there has been no progress on that order. I also requested that the order from 6 months ago be cancelled and refunded since it was not started and have heard nothing about that either.

    Placed an order on November 27, 2023. The turnaround time was stated to be 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks, I contacted the business and was told they were working at a 7-9 week turnaround, then received no communication for months after repeated attempts. On April 25, someone finally responded and asked if I still wanted my order. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and have gotten no response. Frogmouth also turned off commenting/messaging on their social media to avoid dealing with angry customers.

    I placed an order for sports gear related products with frogmouth on 12/23/24. Order number #***** and $105.16 paid. At the time of order the estimated turn around time for delivery of the product was 6-8 weeks. Around estimated delivery time I became aware of internal company complications and issues that could lead to delays in order deliveries. They eventually sent out a customer wide email informing us that deliveries were now expected to be ***** weeks. I waited until this time had passed and emailed the company at 13 weeks and 16 weeks asking for an update on my order. I did not receive a response to my inquiry until 19 weeks after placing my initial order with a generic email asking if I still wanted it completed. I immediately informed them yes and have not received any further communication. It has been 5 weeks since then (24 weeks since playing my order) and I have emailed 5 times with no response or update. I am aware of my other customers and teams that have ordered since February that have received their items and I am feeling targeted and discriminated against for having a single order. I have exhausted all of my options in resolving this issue and need assistance with assuring the completion of my order. I would like both the completion and delivery of my order immediately and a partial refund in good faith due to the extreme delay in my order.

    I purchased 2 "scrap tank" tops (non-custom order) on Aug 31, 2023. As of June 12, 2024 these have not been made or shipped, and after reaching out multiple times to customer service, they cannot promise or even give an estimate of production. They offered a refund, but why sell a product if you can't make it? This business is notorious for having awful shipping times, but nearly a YEAR is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They advertise "Our goal is to turn orders around in 4-6 weeks, but in some cases, orders may take up to 8 weeks". Avoid this business at all costs.

    This business does not send out orders and continues to take more. They have now resorted to scamming their customers into buying coupons that go into effect six months after purchase date. I placed an order on November 10th and they have completely cut contact following my request for an update to my order in February. I have repeatedly tried to get in contact to ANY of their email contacts, they do not answer the phone, and will not stop taking on more orders that they cannot fulfill. They lie about their shipping time and are creating products that are poorly made and designed. There is consistent disregard for their clientele and they are clearly operating under the assumption that their industry monopoly will carry their business.
