    I placed an order with Frogmouth Clothing on 2/27/24. After hearing of some concerns that the company was struggling (employees not being paid, unresponsive customer service, orders taking almost a year to be received, etc.) I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times using multiple methods but no one has responded to my inquiries.

    I ordered a jersey and armbands on 12/2/23 (Order #*****). My credit card was charged 12/4/23. I was told orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, but in some cases take up to 8. Today is 14 weeks since my order and I've heard no updates despite multiple emails and there is no way to track my order.

    I purchased a scrimmage scrap top from Frogmouth during a sale that they promoted following the ********* 2023 event. The scrap cost $25 and $9.96 for shipping.I made this purchase August 30, 2023. Understanding that the item I purchased is handmade, I expected a delay in shipment. However I had no update over email from Frogmouth by October 13, 2023, and emailed their customer service. They apologized for the delay and said they expected my order to ship by late November 2023.As of January 19, 2024, I had not received the item I ordered nor an email update from Frogmouth. I emailed them that same day and more than a week later, January 29, 2024, I have yet to hear from them.

    7/2/2023 I submitted an order with the company and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. I was also told that the order may take up to 8 weeks. 7/28/2023 I requested an update on my order and received no response. 8/22/2023 I again requested an update on my order, because 8/27/2023 would be the 8 week ***** and received no response. 8/29/2023 I again requested an update because we were passed the 8 week ***** 8/31/2023 I was notified that they are estimating 6 weeks for production. I was not provided with an estimated shipping date or any information about my order at all. 8/31/2023 I requested an estimated shipping date and received no response. 9/5/2023 I again requested an estimated shipping date and received no response. 9/7/2023 I requested that my order be canceled and refunded.
