      I will never shop there again!!! I purchased an Andis set of trim clippers on 9/3/2023. However, the store associate who rung me up never explained that there was an extended warranty for 2 years on top of the one years warranty Sally's supply..The receipt never said anything about it either. It says, "Love it or return it guarantee!"I found out about the extended warranty from their website, I contacted Sally's and got 3 different responses via email. Very conflicting email telling me to use certain links to get the warranty. But the last email said that they only honor it at the time of sale. The associate NEVER told me about it although it was only 2-3 days later!!! She also said that corporate doesn't do returns on clippers. Is this a man thing and you can only return women's products???I tried to return it and the store associate said I couldn't and she had a sign somewhere but couldn't find it?!?!?! Liar, liar, pants on fire!!! The emails don't even have the name of the person who send it! Who could ever trust a company like that?!?!?!NEVER, EVER trust Sally's nor ANY of their associates for any reason!!!

      They will cancel your order because it dont match your billing 2-3 hold before releasing funds. These rules need to be applied under pricey and policy but its NOT. Now I cant do my client hair VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

      Purchase a ************************************** ****************, **. Specifically asked if it works on a yorkie dog. Was told yes and that she uses them on her labradoodle. Got them home and was told by groomer they would not work on a dog. Took them back, unopened. States on receipt returnable unopen. They would not take them back or give store credit. I have never been so disgusted about the lying or the non honoring of what is stated on receipt

      I've been a Sally customer for 20 years now and have never really had a terrible experience. However, I recently placed a delivery order and selected the 2 hour delivery option; I paid for everything in full and my credit card was charged. My order didn't show up within 2 hours, so I thought maybe they were just running behind. The next day, it still hadn't shown up by closing hours. The next day I got an email saying they'd canceled my order, no explanation or anything. While they canceled my order, they did not refund my credit card for the order they failed to deliver. When I contact customer service, their response was "just place the order again online and have it shipped." I had to have my credit card company handle the charge since Sally kept my money for an order THEY chose to cancel for whatever reason.

      Horrible **************** and very shady business, I ordered a product that was defective and called customer service, they sent me a prepaid label for a refund, after not receiving my refund I called and emailed customer service, they refuse to refund me and deny sending me a label for the return after I have sent them proof of the label, the customer service agent is very unfriendly and all of my emails are getting ignored at this point, I have sent out several emails for a follow up and now have not been replied to. Horrible company.

      Today, I entered this location for the first time ever and greeted the sales associate who was kneeling while organizing makeup. I asked the sales associate where the hair shears were located by saying, "Excuse me, where are the hair shears?". She stood and began to walk while saying "They are this way." I said, "No, I don't want to interrupt you. You can just tell me where they are. That's fine. " She did not acknowledge my statement and continued to walk. I followed her to the aisle. She said, "Here they are.". I said, "Thank you." When I found the pair that I wanted, I realized the shears were locked to the rack. So, I walked to where the sales associate was still organizing makeup and stood more than 7 feet away from her as to not ****** over her back. I waited patiently for her to finish her task of organizing the same row of makeup that she was working on when I entered. Then, I said" Excuse me. When you have a moment, I'd like to purchase a pair, but they are locked." She abruptly stood up and yelled, "Are you okay?" I said, "Yes, are you okay?" She said, "Yes, do you have a problem." I said, "No. Do you?". She said, " You seem upset." (insert stereotype of the angry Black woman) I said, "I literally just said excuse me, when you have a moment, I'd like to purchase a pair, but they are locked." She said, "Yes, but it was your tone." I said, "My tone? I waited for you to finish arranging the makeup and then said excuse me when you have moment." She interrupted me to say, "Yes, but it was the way that you said it." I said, "You are literally the one yelling at me and being aggressive." I said, "Is there a manager on duty?" She said, "I am the manager." I asked her for her name, and she said, " I would never give you my name. The way that you spoke to me today. " I said, "You are literally the one who yelled at me and who has been aggressive towards me."

      First off, the staff was amazing in helping me get what I need. I was so impressed, that I decided to open a rewards account. The store was crowded and out of respect, I gave the cashier some space to ring me up and assumed everything was scanned correctly. They did not have large bags for my items so I had to purchase them after spending nearly $300, granted I was annoyed. I got home and did through the bags to find my receipt only to find out the same item was scanned twice for $19.99. I called customer service for reimbursement and was told I have to return to the store for a refund. I don't drive so that would be a $34 uber ride. They refuse to issue a credit or compensate me in any way for the mistake made. I have the choice to spend $34 for a $19.99 credit or take it as a loss. This is not how you do business. As I explained to the customer service escalation rep if I go back to the store I will return everything and "never" shop at this store again even if they were the last beauty supply store standing in Georgia. This is not how you conduct business.

      I purchased an Oster 76 /w detachable blade on Aug 28th 2022 at Sally beauty in Cicero Ny store # ***** when I checked it over at home the following day .I found that it was dirty, used ,covered in hair ,the handle was dirty and oil was brown and dirty looking inside plastic blade cover. When I returned to the store the assistant manager Carey didn't apologize to me or my daughter about the incident ,wasn't very sincere or professional and huffed under her breath like it was an inconvenience to her. I wanted my money refunded back to my mastercard ,she never asked me if I still had the cards I purchased itembwith .A Visa gift card which got thrown away after use the day before .And the remaining balance with my mastercard. She returned part of balance to the visa giftcard which i no longer have .and put the balance on there store gift card. When I went to this store it was my 1st time .I felt scammed ,discusted ,disappointed ,angry ,shammed .who knows what nasty germs were all over that thing or diseases . They weren't willing to give me my original refund .They kept saying there wasnt anything they could do. when I told her I will never shop here again .she said good .Good really, wow .And she's the assistant manager that says alot about her character .It wasn't until I called customer service and left a message with there corporate office that they offered a 20% coupon to use online and instore .all that frustration for a coupon .I also have pictures of item purchased .

      I am sick and tired of not knowing when they will be open. According to their store hours, they should have been open today, Sunday, August 21, 2022, in *******, Maine. The hours stated open at 11;00 a.m. and when I was there at 11;30 a.m., they were closed.

      I looked up the phone number and the website said they were closing in 20 minutes. I called and there was NO answer. I called back to get the store hours but didn't get them either. There excuse is because of Covid.....which is ********. There is NO reason to be closed. There was no explanation as to why they were closed.

      This has happened to me more than I can count. This is a ********** business and this is NOT the way to do business.

      This is forcing me to order online, which I hate as I want to see what color hair color swatches are and can't do that online.

      This is a VERY POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND EXPECT THE BUSINESS TO SURVIVE, If this store is closing, they should state so like posting they are closing,

      I cannot rate this business as I as well as a lot of customers can't rate something that has odd hours.....or any hours they will be open......or closed.

      I have to give them 1 star when I want to leave "0" stars.
