      I look forward to receiving reimbursement for our repairs and will be satisfied once that occurs. 

      s. Initially, they said we needed to wait to hear back from them. They stated that they tried to get a hold of their customer several to no avail. This was only done by phone. We also tried to get a hold of the driver who hit our daughter and she blocked our calls. This seems like an outright abuse of insurance as the driver was clearly at fault and admitted so at the time.

      I also took a picture of the truck who bang and scratched up my car, he left when I said I was calling the police, he gave me his name and phone number and he stated he had **** **** Insurance. His name is ****-**************

      On 3/10/25 I was rear ended by Mr. ***** insured by **** **** Ins. On 3/14/25 I called **** **** Ins. from Secure it New (body shop) with ***** ******* who is handling my claim. I was in contact with ***** the adjuster. That failed and then I was directed to **** ******. That failed, he was supposedly fired. Then I was directed to ***** ********* to handle claim. She no longer is taking my calls or refuses to return them. Now I am dealing with a very young person who is very rude. She goes by the name ***** *****. Keep in mind that it is now 6/26/25. Months later I am sitting in the office of Secure it New (body shop) with ***** ******* who is time stamping all communication with **** **** Ins. He is a witness to all the communication that we have provided. A complaint has been filed with ****************************. I only want the claim to be completed and compensation for the rental vehicle I am owed. I am without a vehicle and my wife is taxiing me to and from work. I have received a letter from a complaint specialist stating that there is no miscommunication on the part of **** **** Ins. Although, ******* ********, the complaint specialist has stated, ************ regrets the possibility of any processing delays". I am distraught and in need of help. I also have called ***** ******* the claims dept. assistant manager with no return call. His # ************. **** ****** ************ ***** ********* ************ ***** ***** ************ Please help me as my family is distraught and in need of help. ******* ****** ************ **************************

      I am happy that they finally issued the check but I am disappointed that it came to the BBB getting involved for anything to get done. Their response included the contact information of someone I can go to with questions,  however that individual never answers the phone or responds to any messages. He is very unreliable. This business (**** ****) is just a scam insurance company.

      I filed a claim with **** **** H333033323532363**636H (Claim #**-0000505177) following an accident on April 13, 2025. I signed a release form on April 15, 2025, and provided all requested documents including direct deposit info. I was told I would receive payment but experienced multiple delays, poor communication, and shifting explanations about the process.They stopped responding to emails and calls, and I still have not received a formal closure notice or full resolution. I was also sent a letter pressuring me to move my vehicle under threat of being charged additional storage fees if I did not comply by May 31. The entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and wasted time.I am seeking acknowledgment that the claim is fully closed, confirmation in writing, and assurance that I will not be contacted again regarding this matter. Their mishandling of my claim and lack of communication is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

      I wrecked my car, **** Loyal canceled my policy for non payment. After I filed the claim the worker told me they would still reverse my policy. I went up there and they decided not to. However on 05/09/25 the company had my drive my car to Plano and another **** loyal took pictures. The adjuster called and said within a week I would have to take my car to get the damage estimated. I have not heard from her since. Ive sent emails, Ive called, Ive left voicemails. The place Im buying my car from has reached out and got zero response. The more my car sits, the worse it gets. The doors dont shut all the way, when it rains the inside of the car gets wet. I cant get the car registered because it wont pass inspection due to the door not shutting. The company is a scam.

      My insurance adjuster and I have sent several emails requesting reimbursement for losses due to car accident on 5/13/2025 in which their party was at fault. **** **** staff have failed to respond to email or phone calls. If someone does decide to call me back, they state they're not the ones to handle this issue. But my voicemail and emails clearly state what I'm calling about. However, I do have a lawyer but at their request i was to settle my personal property them.

      An insured driver with **** **** Insurance ran into the side of my parked truck and caused $3100 in damage. I filed a claim against the insureds policy and **** **** Insurance has been unresponsive and uncooperative in handling my claim. It has been almost 3 months since the loss occurred. The claim keeps getting shuffled around from adjuster to adjuster and only one of them returned my call, one time, to tell me they spoke with their insured driver and she said I hit her car! I contacted the insured driver and asked her why she said I hit her. She was surprised and told me she did not say that. She told them exactly what happened. **** **** insurance lied to me about the insured drivers statement. They still will not answer the phone or return any messages I leave. **** **** Insurance has acted in bad faith. I will also be filing a complaint with the appropriate state regulatory agency. I have no choice but to sue the driver of the car that hit me in small claims court if I want my truck fixed.There countless complaints against this company. They need to be shut down!

      I was told that the claims ******** took off the vehicle from my policy in February of 2025 at the ************* location for **** ****. I went to the office and asked if anything else needed ro be done and was told no. I was billed still for the payment of the vehicle and finally was told that in May the vehicle was removed as proper paper work was finally given to me. I asked about reimbursement and was advised that there wouldn't be any. I did my diligence in going to the office in person and was turned away. I am asking for restitution. I called corporate and went to 3 different "salws" offices before finally June 16th I finally heard from a regional manager only to be told that there was nothing he could do.
