      My vehicle was involved in an accident over three months ago, caused by one of **** **** Insurances insured drivers. Your company has already admitted fault, and I have a witness who saw your insured hit my vehicle. I filed the claim the same day, and since then, Ive received nothing but the runaround, along with consistently rude and unhelpful communication from your *************, Im being told that the policy only covers up to $10,000 and that **** **** will not be covering the full cost of the damages. Not only is this unacceptable, but I have yet to receive even a check for the policys maximum limit.This is poor business practice. If this issue is not resolved immediately and appropriately, I will be seeking legal counsel. I will pursue damages well beyond the $20,000 in repair costs especially considering this is a vehicle valued at over $100,000. The lack of communication and accountability from your company is unacceptable, and I fully intend to escalate this matter if necessary.

      Just like everybody else on here.. I've just had the worst experience of my life with **** **** insurance.. the company absolutely ***** you can see that by every single review on here and every of you on ****** and every of you on Yelp and every other review of how bad this company actually *****.. my question is simple when is somebody in charge of the insurance companies going to step in and close this place down.. if you have that many bad reviews from customers the place needs to be shut down. So maybe someone should look into it and get that God **** place shut down especially with all of these horrible reviews of this company...

      Very unprofessional, I was told by adjuster that claim was approved with repairs to be done in a week,only to find out claim was rejected by her supervisor, now we are left without our car for two weeks , body shop is holding car until **** **** check gets approved. On top of this ,initially we were told that they would cover 5 days of car rental for a maximum of $30 a day?!?.Not surprised that we are not receiving compensation. Don't trust their word, make sure everything comes in writing. pending authorization

      Do not do business with this company. I find documents to receive a refund check on May 14 and still have not received my check then when I call them they told me that I have to wait additional of 7 to ********************************************************************************** why I didnt received the first check. I called and spoke to ****** cool who is supposed to be the manager and she was nasty and did not help me.

      Horrible customer service they don't return messages from the representatives to the managers had I known they were like this I would have NEVER dealt with them my car was totaled last month my insurance said it covered for a rental for up to 30 days they only paid for 5 I was given a offer and date the payment was supposed to be sent out just to wait for nothing they sent the payment to the bank I had the car through without warning I was deceived no where in the offer that was sent to me stated they would send it to the bank not only did I lose my car but I'm going to have to quit my job and lose my home as a single parent it's devastating how do you do someone like that and won't even give an answer

      On May 11, 2025, my vehicle was hit by a driver insured with **** **** Insurance. The at-fault party filed a claim, and I was assigned a claims adjuster, ***** *******. Since that time, I have made numerous phone calls and sent several emails trying to get in touch with Mr. ******* in order to get my vehicle repaired.***** ******* has completely ignored all attempts to contact him no return calls, no replies to emails, no updates of any kind. Over the course of several weeks, this lack of communication became intolerable and forced me to file a claim through my own insurance company just to get my car fixed. As a result, I was forced to pay a $500 deductible out-of-pocket, and we were reduced to one vehicle for our household while repairs were completed, because my own insurance does not provide rental coverage and I couldnt risk paying for a rental that **** **** might refuse to reimburse.The negligence and unresponsiveness of this company and especially of ***** ******* have created serious stress and financial burden. This is not how insurance companies should operate, and it is unacceptable for any adjuster to simply disappear while customers are left without support.If I could rate lower than one star, I would. I have already escalated this complaint to the Colorado Division of Insurance and advising others to avoid this company if they expect fair or professional treatment. If you have the bad misfortune of being involved in a wreck with one of their insured parties, I suggest you do the same!! This company needs to be put out of business immediately!
