      Bad customer service!!! I have been calling to make payment but they kept on putting me on hold or transferring. I wait more than 10 minutes on hold. They dont even tell me who they are transferring me to. My account has been past due but I keep on making payments and having constant communication with them. I decided to call again to make a payment and again I got transferred to ***************************** and right away he was rude and kept on talking over me. He blamed me saying that I was the one hanging up and not calling which is not true. Instead of working with me with a payment arrangement he right away demanded current balance. When I tried to explain thats impossible he treated me with repo. This is the 1st time I have ever talked to him. But he said that he attempted several times which is lie. I have my call log to confirm. He expected me to answer the call but I was at work. But yet he cant answer mine. Btw I owe less than 600. Since the furniture belongs to my daughter I gave 200. Throughout our conversation he was so rude. Never again going to purchase furniture from them.

      I purchased a bedroom set in 2021. I picked it up since I was moving at the time and had a UHaul. Box spring was defective and they refused to replace it unless I took it back. At the time of the purchase I was offered a extended protection and was told it covered the whole bedroom set. I purchased it. I called again to use my protection and was told "we don't know what your salesman told you but your warranty doesn't protect your box spring so we're not gonna replace it". Manager's name who refused to replace it's Norma.

      If you call with any issues they will transfer you without even telling you. I spoke to ***** and aside from ride she told me she could send me the report of the claims I’ve done then contradicted herself saying she had to ask for permission. Then said she would call me back then requested I call the store back (they never return my call) the quality of the furniture is horrible and the couches I bought are falling apart. I would not shop here ever again.

      We have communicated via text and phone call many times with Ms. ******. Each time someone calls our company, we have to ensure that we transfer the call to the right person. Before transferring a call, we always let the customer know who we are going to be transferring the call to. Ms. ****** has filed claims on her sofa. We have gone to her home multiple times to address and fix her concerns. . Ms. ******** furniture is still within the 3 year accident protection warranty. We mentioned this to her and we will take care of any and all claims she has that fall within the warranty.
