I have taken my car to the shop 3 times and every time I have the manager has done wonders for my vehicle. Not only did this shop fix the issues that were happening with my car quickly, but it was also very inexpensive.I will be recommending this shop to all friends and family in the future.P.S. Car parts are expensive it does not fall on the repair shop if you need an expensive part for the damage you have done to YOUR vehicle.

I took my car 2011 Kia **** too ***************************** at Discount ********** **** Doniphan, with a destroyed ignition due to a perp trying to steal my car. I took it there in early July but got it back due to an emergency, with screwdriver to drive to ***** and back. Engine light came on. Took it back Aug 4th to continue repair work. It's Oct 4th... Still haven't gotten my car back yet. And I get all sorts of excuses. The last time spoke to him he was waiting on a part from ***********, I cleared out my car of almost all my possessions, and told him to call me when it was fixed or a total loss. That's was 2 weeks ago. I've not heard anything from him. I don't know what his issue is, but I wouldn't recommend anyone take their car/vehicle there. He doesn't answer the phone not text messages. I've seen him cut off a phone call from a customer. I'm at a total loss as to what to do at this point. I have no money, no car, and I have to move at the end of Oct. If I could give him less star points, I would!!

Customer brought vehicle from theft on his/her premises. Not once has her insurance has come and look at vehicle or even have an estimate. We diagnose vehicle and ordered parts before getting paid anything from anybody. Steering tower and window replaced not customer or insurance has payed for anything else. Mentioned to her that needed some extra work because the airbag componen wiring was damaged when they broke into car and broke key switch assembly . Ordered parts but until today not once has the insurance that is handling the claim has approved any other repairs. Should we keep putting money on vehicle without authorization? No its not they way any shop work in insurance claims . We suggest customer contact insurance to help resolve problem.

Never will I ever take my vehicles to this discount auto center. Took vehicle in for oil change, intake manifold replacement and spark plugs to get done .. I put my trust on him as he assured me my car will be in perfect condition .. asides taking an entire day to work on my car , when he returned vehicle back to me , it continued to have the check engine light on, oil dip stick showed no oil and the car ran worst n rough than when I took it. Ended up returning to him a few days later , left car so he could check it and again car was still running rough and he insisted that the new intake manifold was defective .. he offered me a discount to do all the work again.. I didnt trust him at all.. took vehicle to prestige auto off ******** and he ran a diagnostic test and confirmed that the problem was the intake manifold and spark plugs were not replaced . They were dirty and coils were rusted and worn. Paid approx $300 to have spark plug n coils done . He also estimated a $700 part n labor for manifold work. Ultimately found a mechanic that replaced intake manifold for a more economic price. Once I received the manifold from mechanic it was obvious that the part had not been replaced as it had torn hose and sensor was covered in dark ************* which indicated this was not a new part. I do not recommend this place to anyone. He charged me $500 for nothing done correct or replaced. I feel robbed and betrayed.
